This was a very clean, safe, and well maintained place to stay in Rome. The AC works perfectly, and I had a great time here. Breakfast was included, there are bus stops around the corner that will take you anywhere you need to go, and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great place close to the vatican 10 min, metro and airport bus companys drop off point. Walking time to most sites within 30mins to 1 hour, shops and supermakets close to accomodation. Staff very helpful with good communication via email.

Nearby restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. Property is similar to an Airbnb. In a very good area but property is very basic and sometimes noisy due the close proximity of nearby rooms and tenants above.

The room was all we needed and felt clean. Nowhere to place toiletries in the shower but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Daniele was so friendly and really helpful with tips on restaurants etc. the only negative I’d say is that communication was lacking prior to arrival on the property. Otherwise it was a really great stay. I’d recommend!

So I wanted to give this a 5 star, because Daniele was so nice, and it is a very good location. But I had an issue where I had left my medication in the fridge here and so I called Daniele to let him know, but he told me the cleaners had already thrown everything in the fridge out in the garbage, and there was no way to retrieve it. This caused a massive panic for our trip and I almost had a bloody heart attack. When I walked back to the residence the cleaning lady kept telling me “no not in here” but sure enough it was in the fridge still. Completely avoidable but nonetheless a very stressful experience.

Our time here was wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were close to most of the popular attractions, within walking distance from the Vatican and Colleseum. We also were about a 3 min. walk from the metro station. Really lovely stay!

Great location in a nice neighbourhood. 15 minute walk to the Vatican, 15 minute walk to Spanish Steps. Nice Cafe seconds from the main entrance. Plenty of restaurants, Gelato, and shopping in the area.

It’s a great location, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, 20 minute walk to the Vatican. It is one room and small bathroom but clean and good set up for continental breakfast. Very accommodating staff and prompt to answer if you have questions or comments thru WhatsApp.

It was a charming room in an older building with character as it has an old time elevator. The manager Daniele was very friendly and helpful. It was in a good location to walk to all of the attraction in Rome including the Vatican which was very close. Overall a great stay!

Affordable and Quiet Accomodation

Affordable and clean accommodation in a quiet neighborhood of Rome. Away from the chaos of the touristy areas but within close walking distance to the Vatican. The breakfast included is a nice touch. No complaints!
