Old building with character! Very clean, amazing location. Very safe and Air conditioning was much appreciated. Wifi did not work in our room, but did work in the common room down the hall. Would stay again!

Nice place, very old (cool) but well maintained. Good location. The elevator is complicated at first, but you get used to it. Thin walls, little privacy. Very spacious rooms and comfortable bed.

Excellent location! Very clean room. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp was excellent. I was surprised that the old fashioned windows were actually very sound proof. And beautiful common room. Highly recommend.

The property is in a great location with a ton of sites within a 10 minutes walking radius. The property is very professionally run. The daily housekeeping is wonderful, it is nice to come back to a clean room. The onsite housekeeping staff was always very cordial and helpful. The Nespresso machine is a wonderful touch, a tasty cup of coffee to start the day, and they refill all the snacks everyday!

The check in process was easy. There was a coffee machine and prepackaged pastries for breakfast. We choose a room with 2 beds and the room was spacious. We had access to a refrigerator. The interior could use an update. The heavy curtains were old and dusty. The wood on the window panels was very old, dilapidated and in need of repair. The bathroom window was in serious need of repair. There was a bathtub with a shower head but not a shower curtain. We have been to plenty of older hotels in Europe and this was one of the worst when it comes to the upkeep.

We stayed here as a family of three (child is a teenager). The location was excellent for shops, restaurants and sightseeing. It was just a short walk from the Trevi fountain, piazza navona and Pantheon. The apartment was cleaned daily and fresh towels were also provided daily. The bottled water, coffee and croissants were a really lovely touch and much appreciated. We would stay here again when visiting Rome and definitely recommend. The only thing to note with the location is that the street is quite noisy at night. We didn’t mind this though as the location and quality of the apartment was excellent.

Great location, right in the middle of major Rome attractions. Clean rooms, good overall service. Initially I was a little concerned as they don’t have onsite reception, but online check in and finding the room was relatively easy. We left luggage after the checkout and picked it up after 4 hours without any issues.
