The room was excellent but above all the welcome and service we received from the staff looking to make our stay the best possible even if they experienced some issues with the WiFi. I can’t say enough good things about Elissabetta who welcomed us, provided recommendations on visits, booked restaurants and provided a gift to offset the WiFi issue. She ensured our stay was very pleasant! I highly recommend this hotel!

We had an excellent stay. The property was clean, walkable to all of Rome. The staff was helpful and kind. They arranged and airport transfer that was easy. The only negative was the few days we were there they had a problem with Wi-Fi so there was no Wi-Fi. Huge bonus was in the room was one US. Would absolutely go back again. Very friendly staff. Good location and walkable to attractions or take a bus just down stairs. Good breakfast. Just be aware that the elevator is tiny and the waiting can be long sometimes. If you have problem talking the stairs sometimes, it could be a challenge.
