Lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, great location for exploring Rome. Good communication from the hotel before and during the stay. Only comment is that the breakfast is served in your room (chosen the day before) and the pictures of the breakfast on the Expedia listing are slightly misleading as they seem to show breakfast served at tables.

last-minute booking for my college aged daughter and her boyfriend one night in Rome. Hotel was very good at communicating when I asked questions about getting them safely from airport. Hotel offers private car service but it's approximately 70 oh.

We were staying in Rome for four nights. After our initial difficulty of locating where we were staying it was lovely to stay in this old building. Staff were warm and our room just off reception which at first we thought might be noisy but it wasn’t. Large room, neutral colour scheme, comfy bed and everything needed for a good nights sleep. Breakfast served to our room which was lovely.

This was a super convenient location from the Roma Termini train station. Lovely sized rooms and a big bathroom with a rainfall shower. Excellent breakfast option and shared eating/coffee space. Really friendly staff. I would highly recommend staying and would go back.

The superior triple room was perfect, well-located on a quiet street opposite a government building. Well laid out, with good flow for two or even three people, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, a large sink, and a towel warmer running the length of the bathroom. The beds are comfortable with high-quality mattresses, soft memory foam pillows, and a table in the living room that is so cozy and beautifully decorated with mosaic tiles. The staff is very attentive and ensures your satisfaction, and security is guaranteed. The breakfast is generous and can be tailored to your preferences. LOCATION! Hotel room was small, but very clean and had everything we needed.It was updated and comfortable. The hotel can be a bit tricky to locate. Apparently I had received an email of instructions for checking in but I did not have service at the time and at this time we had been traveling for over 12 hours. We were trying to figure it out and called from the intercom and got one of the rudest staff people that I have encountered so far. He literally said check your email, I told you how to get here, and then hung up on us. Extremely unprofessional, once we finally made it up to check in we were greeted with the most pleasant people/staff that answered all of our questions, I have no idea who the guy is that answered the intercom but it definitely was not who checked us in. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The location couldn't be better!

Perfect location, lovely staff and very attentive. I love the breakfast- we don’t need a full on meal so a croissant, yoghurt and cereal is perfect! I’m glad for the AC as sometimes it was needed.

The rooms were super clean, spacious and quiet. You can order the breakfast the nighr before and is brought to your room. The staff was super friendly and responsive during work hours 10am-7pm. We were able to leave our bags after check out for a couple of hours and use the restroom as well. The only thing I’d suggest for the propety (not the hotel) overall is to do better maintenance to the elevator as had too much dust which continously gave us allergies. The location is convenient and you can easily catch a bus, metro or walk to major places.

We booked two rooms for 5 nights and the staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean and updated. Great location. The only draw back for me was a little noisy in the mornings. Everything else was great.
