Good location, nice room and good staff

Fantastic staff and a good location right next to the metro station. The hotel was clean nicely and regularly, and all the appliances in the apartment were excellent.

Delightful! Great location for walking around Rome. We walked to the Castel Sant’Angelo, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese. Plus there was a metro stop literally by the front door. The “hotel” is actually just a lobby and a few rooms on the 3rd floor of a large office building. They gave us an internet link code to unlock both the door of the building and the hotel. It’s not staffed at night. But the daytime and evening staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. There is a very small elevator, we had to make 2 trips with our luggage. When the window was open, there was a lot of street noise, but when closed it was fine. Very charming.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! It was one of the worst that I have came across, the aircon was not only very old and not functioning and even after technicians came to fixed, it was still faulty! If you would like to stay in a sauna during summer, be my guest! The hotel initially promised a day’s refund for all 3 rooms but eventually only honored 1 day refund for 1 room and have swiftly deleted and removed the chat to prevent further negotiation, that is clearly a sign of guilty conscience. And sadly, Expedia also did nothing to help and even though the chat was done on Expedia’s platform, they refused to provide further assistance. Use Expedia with your eyes open as they will likely not assist if you end up in a situation like mine.

An amazing modern hotel room…bathroom was great…comfortable beds and very spacious modern clean 1.5 room …definitely will stay here again…felt like a 5 star modern contemporary hotel room…great location to every tourist site…1.5-2 mile walk to all major sites…metro around the corner…awesome location!!

Good stay but pricy

Hotel seems new. Offered good shower gel and clean. The bathtub is too troublesome to use. Location is great. Walking distance to Spanish steps and all. Hotel only have 6 rooms.

The place is located inside a building with various other activities like offices. So you have a floor in the building where the rooms are. The reception is open for 12 hours a day. Out of office hours you are sent an email with a link to access the building so it you do not have a smart phone you might've an issue. The room has a mini bar, a coffee machine and a kettle and and there is fresh water provided in reusable bottles each day 💧👍. The metro is close by and Villa Borghese park is also near plus many attractions are walking distance. The only thing was the room was stuffy and had to open the window to let air in.
