The staff was great! Our room didn’t have a working hair dryer, and the hotel manager brought one to us directly to our room from his home. The house keeper was very friendly also.

The room and staff were great. It is difficult to maneuver the entry and elevator but once you understand ( by trial & error) it’s doable. It’s more of a B & B, definitely not a hotel! The front entry was an issue for many of the guests as the desk is only staffed 9am- 4 pm. It is a couple of blocks away from Sant Mary Major Basilica but not 15 min walk to major sites! The staff, when there, were lovely.

Great experience in Rome staying here. Special Thanks to Yuri and Jojo who made the experience even better. I statyed with kids and they loved it. Room is clean and the view was nice. You can walk to many attractions and metro is also walkable distance.

Lucky we met other guests who let us into the property otherwise we would have been stuck in the street which isn’t ideal after 22 hours flying. Better communication on entering the apartment would be appreciated otherwise great location and accommodation
