This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Enrica and Nelson. Loved the charm of the hotel and our room was light and spacious. Location was good. Away from the main crowds ( the quiet was especially welcoming after a long day of touring). The breakfast was good too. We hated to leave.

This is a great spot, you can walk to places and there's some great restaurants right on the street, but it also isn't too busy that you hear the city all night long as you try to sleep. And the staff, they are fantastic. Very kind and accommodating. 10/10

We stayed at Relais Donna Lucrezia for 6 nights and couldn't be happier with the experience. Large, beautifuly furnished room, comfy bed, immaculately clean bathroom. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast every morning, a place to spread out in common area on each floor equipped with tables, flavored water, coffee and snacks. This place is more of a guest house than traditional hotel, taking an old fashioned elevator to get upstairs was fun each time. Located away from crowds, on quiet street but in short, walkable distance to churches, galleries, parks and the touristy spots it was perfect for us.

This was hands down the best accommodations we had on our tour to Italy. Our 1st stop was Rome. The room was clean and quiet. Service staff such as Enricha at the front to assist with our check in was welcoming and kind. The gentleman who served our breakfast meals was very attentive and provided exceptional service. Food was made fresh daily and delicious! Location was perfect for all our tours. Great walking distance to all the great sights. We actually clocked in 38,000 steps our 1st day and 25,000 steps the following 3. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a welcoming and very comfortable stay. Thank you.
