This hotel was in the perfect location to get to the Termini quickly. Clean room and bathroom, great breakfast and very friendly receptionist clear that gave excellent tips for navigating the city.

Walking distance to the central metro station which was a huge highlight. 20 minute walk to all central attractions, meaning that the property was in a more quieter part of the city. Property was clean, and 24hr front staff were present.

Stayed here 2 nights prior to a cruise. The room was clean and basic but due to the extreme fluctuations in water temperature of the shower I can’t in good conscience give a great review…had my husband not had the shower nozzle pointed away from him it would have badly scalded him during his shower. The water was a moderate temperature then suddenly fluctuated to extremely hot! (No, I didn’t flush the toilet while he was in there.) This is a safety hazard that could have easily caused injury. Outside of that, the breakfast was pretty good, convenient location and staff was nice enough. I would not recommend this for anyone with mobility issues though as the entrance is up several marble stairs and breakfast area is only accessible via stairs, elevator is very small.

A ten minute walk from termini. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room is slightly outdated. There is a restaurant around the corner that likes to stay up late and I could hear them from the room.

Very convenient location and friendly staff, but thin walls, outside noise late at night and AC wasn't working correctly. Within walking distance of the metro, very nice location. The bed wasn't too comfortable - it felt like two twins pushed together so there was a depression in the middle. At night my room got above 24C and i mentioned it twice but nobody ever came to check the room. I opened the window at night but there is a restaurant/bar nearby and they were quite noisy until about 3am. . . Even with the window closed and on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for those in the USA), i could still hear them; which made for some warm nights.

Quite noisy because of the thin walls or door. Very annoyed with the couple’s noise in the night and early morning. The location is quite convenient, and you can visit many spots by walk or bus. The room itself is clean and well equipped/ maintained though it’s old.

We had a great stay overall. The room included streaming services on the TV, which was a nice bonus for relaxing at night. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean, including a spotless bathroom. We also had a floor-to-ceiling window door that could open, which made the room feel bright and fresh. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view of the Duomo and was a great spot to unwind. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

This property did not live up to its billing. It was very loud and we had crowds of school kids staying which led to noise, knocking on doors, changing the signs from do not disturb to needs cleaning, etc. The plumbing was awful with the shower changing from scalding to freezing in an instant and is frankly dangerous. I would not stay there again.

The property was closed ! Was sent to another hotel called (No To Hotel ) the name was right NO don't stay here!. The First night the A/c goes out at 3am I wake up sweating! I call the exception on the phone in the room no answer I called the reception on my cell phone no answer I had to go down to the front reception I asked him can you fix this he says it's not my job! Horrible customer service! They even took my cell phone charger and nice found it !

O quarto era horrível, minúsculo, sem janela, sem ventilação, quente, com paredes que pareciam mofadas. As fotos não condizem com o local. Eu e meu marido ainda fomos colocados no último andar, sem elevador, pois o elevador só ia até o penúltimo andar. Mesmo vendo que estávamos com mala grande e que não éramos tão jovens, nos fizeram ter que subir com mala grande e pesada por uma escada estreita. O local não é tão próximo das atrações (cerca de quinze minutos ou mais andando) e relativamente próximo da estação de trem (cerca de 500 a 600 metros). Mas o quarto era simplesmente horrível, claustrofóbico. Não recomendo! Café da manhã bom, aceitável, com alguma variedade.

Adorei esse hotel. Os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos e buscam ajudar no que for necessário. A localização é excelente. Dá para ir andando aos principais pontos turísticos ou, se for necessário, há um metrô bem próximo. Há também comércios, como mercado e restaurante, na região. O quarto tem uma decoração típica italiana, estava bem limpo, é espaçoso e bem confortável. Ocafé da manhã é típico italiano também e, apesar de simples, dá para se servir bem.

Kom fram til hotellet, fikk vite at de hadde booket oss om på et annet hotel. Ca 400 m å gå. Nytt hotell lå i en bakgård, ikke så veldig trivelig. Trangt rom. Frokost veldig enkel. Misfornøyd ned hele opplegget.
