Wish I stayed here longer. Our room was very spacious. The location was very convenient and staff was so kind and accommodating! Michele was very helpful with check in and helping book a driver with very short notice. I would definitely recommend!!

Great location. Walking distance to all major attractions. The room was very clean and the check in was smooth. There is a lift, which is great for luggage. Check out staff was amazing. She arranged our taxi and waited with us until it arrived. We highly recommend this place.

The best thing about the property was Michela!!! He was so kind and accomodating. The room was so nice and extremely comfortable. Had a cool feel about the decor and its style. Great reataurant right acroas the street and steps from the Spanish Steps. All in all an AMAZING stay and again so many thanks to Michela for making our first stop INCREDIBLE!!!

Larissa was incredibly helpful and responsive! She gave us a list of places to eat and was very attentive to our needs! The place could use a little maintenance- the caulking around the shower needs to be replaced, it’s moldy and the kettle and coffee maker need to be descaled but those are minor things. They had umbrellas for us when it started pouring rain and they even held our luggage for us for a few extra hours after we checked out.

The location was good, at the top of the Spanish steps. However the shower was only dribbling water, we hoped we would see someone at the desk but didn’t. We had long busy days in Rome sightseeing and came back to wash in the sink. On the third day we received a message that the plumbing was being fixed on our fourth day so they knew there was an issue and allowed us to stay in that apartment, did not switch us to another or offer us a discount/refund. It was fixed for our last and final day. It was so unfair that they knew and didn’t provide us with any explanation or offer discount. We paid for a fully operational room.

The location was great for exploring more of the east side. It is only a room in a building. Not a hotel. But check in was smooth and the staff was very helpful. The bed was pretty comfortable. Ac worked well. Quite. Nice balcony to a quiet courtyard. It was very spacious. Beautiful floors. Has an elevator! It overall is an older property and would say a basic room with no frills. Negatives… only one button worked for flushing the toilet. One night we did not have hot water. Curtains were old and falling on the corners. The mattress was old and stained. The rain shower head was clogged and only a few would spray water. Cover of the shower drain was broken.
