The hotel was in a very central and convenient location. A little obscure of an entrance but easy enough once you found out which door it was. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds were VERY comfortable with memory foam pillows and beds. AC worked great. Breakfast was elaborate and delicious and the coffees/cappuccino machine made delicious coffee. Staff were polite but we didn’t have any need for more service. Great value for the price and location.

Excellent location, the junior suite was very spacious with excellent view of the cathedral. The hotel is located on the 4th floor. The main floor entrance could prove a challenge for people with mobility challenges. Very good breakfast with 24 hour access to coffee and hot water for tea and bakeries.

I have never written a review for a hotel but felt that this property and the staff deserved one. This was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we checked in to the day we left 6 days later I have not 1 complaint. All the staff were excellent but I have to single out Christiana in reception and Silvia who prepared an excellent breakfast every morning for always going above and beyond. The rooms were quaint and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. If your on the fence, book the hotel. You won't be disappointed.
