There was a nice grocery store nearby, good prices, which was perfect for having a kitchenette. We didnt make use of the laundry service, but it seemed reasonable.

The location is very convenient for exploring all main Rome sites. Walking distances from the Metro and bus routes. The host has been excellent, prompt and attentive The studio is very spacious and, contrary to other comments, I found the bed very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place

A very quiet, comfortable place in a lovely residential area. The metro to all the cool places in Rome is about a half-mile’s easy walk. There are two small grocery-style stores down the street. I walked alone in the neighborhood late at night and felt absolutely safe (though I’m not very smart about these things, so be your own judge). The staff is pleasant and helpful. I’d stay here again without hesitation. If peace and quiet in a big city appeal to you, this is the place!

Overall the place was really good. Just a couple of hiccups. It was advertised as having a furnished balcony, very important to us. It was not. We brought dining chairs out for 2 days then the manger brought us a table and two chairs. Kitchen cleaning is not part of housekeeping, which is fine but we had to ask for soap and a sponge to do our dishes. The area is very safe and the grocery one block away was perfect. The manager booked a car for us to return to the airport, it was so helpful. We would stay again.

Far exceeded my expectations. A great apartment with everything I needed and more. Owner gave me a tour and also gave me all the information I needed for wifi, TV, Air Con and a local convenience store. Area is quiet and peaceful with little to no noise. No issues at all, would highly recommend.

Neighborhood is quiet + clean. Comfortable bed. Love the large windows. Love that the bathroom has a frosted window to let sunlight in. Also the shower-tub has charm. Unlike many places in Italy, the water temperature, pressure, + drainage are consistent + excellent.👍 Also, unlike many Italian places, the mini kitchen is fully functional + guests are actually allowed to cook meals. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, + even dish soap + sponge are provided. Mini fridge/freezer was nice to have. The building has an elevator + a little courtyard. There are 2 or 3 supermarkets within walking distance. Also bus + metro are nearby. Giulio was very helpful + welcoming. Housekeeping staff were nice. Thank you for the great stay!🙏 Would definitely stay here again.

This is a small property. Half of the units are under construction for a remodel. So only 20 units available at this time. The manager led us to our room. He demonstrated use of the blinds, doors, windows, kitchen, etc. Each room has a small balcony. All windows have shutters that will black out light and most noise. Small TV. Kitchen has pots, pans, cups, plates, utinsels, 2 cup coffee maker (regular grounds), small refrigerator with freezer. Laundry room and iron available for a charge. Several large windows with good airflow.

The stay was excellent! There's everything you need in the room. Great shower and heater made the stay warm when it was cold outside. Little kitchen was very helpful to brew a fresh coffee in the morning and cook dinner in the evening. Prati is a beautiful neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo. Metro A Lepanto is a 7 minute walk. The owners are very nice family. Overall, the stay was super comfortable and felt like home. Highly recommend. Thank you!

L hébergement est spacieux et propre, tout les jours le service de ménage est réalisé. Bien placé bon quartier Par contre certaines améliorations peuvent être apportées comme l équipements du balcon pour pouvoir en profiter, mettre à disposition le minimum de cuisine comme du sel, poivre, thé, sucre, café, confiture( même Adagio le fait), rendre accessible les ustensiles de cuisine parce que à plus de 2m de hauteur même avec un escabeau je n' ai pas pu y accéder, mettre le micro ondes indiqué sur les équipements même après l avoir demandé je ne l'ai pas eu, les gels douche et shampooing sont de mauvaise qualité
