Appropriate for price but general maintenance needs updating. One room had an odour and electrical issue but no option to change rooms. Expedia advertise business economy rooms to have balcony access and air conditioning but neither is the case at the hotel. AC vents had been changed to central heating and blew out hot air because “it is now winter” even though the outdoor temps were between 25-30 degrees Celsius. Would not stay again.

If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel to stay at. However, you’re visiting Rome and not spending time in a hotel room. We had air conditioning a clean, safe room and clean bedding and essentials. We had the essentials of a clean bathroom, clean room and simple breakfast. This is the place to stay.

The location was so isolated, it was quiet. This was wonderful. I wish the Hotel would have a Dinner Buffet as well as a Breakfast Buffet. The Staff took care of every issue, and were very polite.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staffed was incredibly nice. Starting from Momo, Luigi, cleaning staff, breakfast staff were awesome. Momo was so servicial and nice. Recommend this hotel highly!!!

The hotel says they provide a 24 hr shuttle service. I booked the hotel with the intention of using that service. That was not the case. I had to spend €10.5 (and 1 hr 15 mins) to get from the airport to the hotel and €15.5 to get from the hotel back to the airport (and about 1.5 hrs). This was a complete waste of my time, money and energy.

Great property. Front desk staff was great! When we got there our room AC was not working and the front desk lady went above and beyond to help us! She also advised us how to order groceries since I was traveling late with a toddler that needed to drink milk. Comfortable room and amazing staff. The only down side is that is a little far from the city and you will have to either use public transportation or Uber, but if you’re willing to walk a little or pay extra for Uber is the right place for you.

Good value, I stayed for one night for about £50. Room was clean but in sore need of refurbishment - poor condition of paint and floor, and handle was hanging off the balcony door Didn’t go to breakfast so can’t comment on food Do be aware of the location - 40 mins taxi to both Colleseum and airport, not really near anything. If I went again I would try to look for a hotel closer the centre

Airport Shuttle We ask for the airport shuttle back from the hotel to the airport but was told that the service only was to the nearest metro station (1,4 km. away) not to the airport. The Rooms According to Hotels.com website there should be minibar in the rooms - there was af fridge but no minibar. There should also be and electric kettle in the room - but there wasn't. The Cleaning sometimes the cleaning crew would deliver new shampoo and toilet paper - but not every day - actuelly there was one day that the ekstral toiletpaper was removed so there only was ½ a roll left. The Breakfast The breakfast was a chapter for it self - very small selection of toppings (exept for a large amount of different cakes) and the serving was slow .The coffee machine was broken (if it ever had been woorking). We ended up taken over own coffee and cheese with os to the tables.

Personnel sympa mais rien n'a été expliqué à l'arrivée, pas d'explication sur le petit déjeuné (horaires) emplacement etc.. La chambre était mal entretenue, le ménage n'est pas bien fait et les évacuations des toilettes et lavabos ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons signalé le problème pour les toilettes qui a été réglé mais seulement pour quelques heures... La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement ainsi que la salle de bain, l'isolation est mauvaise nous entendons tout des chambres voisines.. La petit déjeuné est correct mais il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix. Désolé mais je ne recommande pas cet hotel ou seulement pour bref passage.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Weg zur Metro ist sehr weit. In etwa 400 Meter Entfernung befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Der Bus fährt relativ unzuverlässig. Um ins Zentrum zu gelangen, muss man in die Metro umsteigen. Der vom Hotel angepriesene Shuttle-Service zur Metro existiert nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch. Für diejenigen, die "herzhaft" bevorzugen, gab es nur Toastbrot, eine Sorte Schinken, eine Sorte Salami und eine Sorte Käse. Brötchen oder Brot gab es nicht. Weiter gab es Rührei und gebratene Würstchen. Für den Preis war das Hotel dennoch okay.
