Could not say enough great things about our stay here! Everything from the location to the accommodations were great. Staff was very friendly and even helped us coordinate a ride to the airport. If we ever come back to Rome, we will be staying here again!

Room was beautiful redone. Very large room . Beautiful spa like bathroom. View to colosseum. Close to restaurant and shops. Staff was very nice. Helpful. Only thing when arriving looks little deceiving but once inside your room was a wow factor.

Great location, Monti is a brilliant area with a mix of local and tourists. You can see the colosseum down the road when you leave the hotel - amazinf Room was huge, with amazing shower.

Unbelievable location. Shops, cafes, landmarks all on your doorstep. <15 min walk to all forms of public transport. Lively area without being crowded. Room was clean as can be and any member of staff we bumped into were lovely.

It is the perfect location to do Rome. A great central point. It is about a 10 minute walk to the colosseum and a 15-20 minute walk from the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, and pantheon. We also walked to Vatican City from here and it took about 40 minutes but it wasn’t an unpleasant walk and we hit other things on the way there and back (trevi fountain, pantheon, Spanish steps). There are also many local food spots nearby!!

The lady at the front desk was lovely. It was great that they had a small elevator to get upstairs so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up. The soaker tub in the room was a plus, we used it to soak our legs after tons of walking in Rome. Convenient location being very close to the Colosseum. Shower was spacious and good water pressure. Bed was comfy. Complimentary water in the fridge was great.

A short walk to the Colloseum and Metro. Lots of restaurants and shops. Very busy street, but we found it quiet once we were in at night. Large room with tons of storage. Friendly staff and good communication. Make sure you have WhatsApp for communication.

Giulia contacted me a few days prior to make the check in process so efficient and easy. We booked the car service through the hotel (80 euros) which meant we go to the hotel asap from the airport. We were a family of 4 so we booked 2 of the same rooms which were so spacious and clean. The bathroom came with amenities and there were complimentary bottles of water in the mini fridge. The rooms were immaculate and we used the cleaning service once in our 4 days and they did a great job restocking and cleaning. I think my only complaint was that the walls are thinner so you do hear some noise but luckily there are only 6 rooms total in the building so it was quite minimal. The location was perfect!!!! We loved the Monti neighborhood and the ancient ruins were only 7 minutes away! We loved the Palazzo Serpe—it was convenient, the rooms quite large and the neighborhood was great!

Very helpful manager Giulia; she got our room ready early, help arrange transportation to the airport, provided restaurant recommendations etc. The location was fabulous, near the colosseum, the forum, and other notable landmarks. Also the best bed out of five hotels in Italy ie not rock hard, yay!

Didn’t know there was a spa. Great small wine shop and coffee bar nearby. Staff ok but holiday schedule was a problem when I needed support. This is one of the new virtual hotels which offer privacy and limited support. Great location. Nice room but My side of the hotel didn’t have much natural light. Near station.

It’s so close to colosseum that you can see from balcony. The location is amazingly close. There is access to metro but we could also just walk to trevi fountain pantheon.

Great location - we walked everywhere! Loved the room too, really stylish and had everything you needed. The only downside was lighting - the bathroom was really dark which made using the mirror difficult, whereas in the bedroom there weren't any blinds or shutters so it got very light in the morning

Apparently, we had their largest room - it was really nice, well appointed. The location is perfect, right on a main street where shops and dining are situated. The only thing I would change would be to have a shelf in the shower for toiletries; I had to step out of the shower to get my shampoo, body wash, razor etc from the sink's counter - there is no place in the shower to store them.

The rooms themselves were lovely and aesthetic, the tub was nice to use after a long day of walking, however the air conditioning did not work and it was 40 C outside, making it almost unbearable to stay in the room during the day. The lady who helped us just made excuses that it was unusually hot (which it was) and that it was start working soon. It never did, and we never felt any air blowing from the vents, even just a fan. The coolest it got in our room was 29 C. If you are planning to stay here during the summer make sure you bring your own fan!

We had cold water the entire stay. The room was very noisy all night long. They collect the trash at 1:30 in the morning and there was construction across the street that started at 7 AM making a lot of noise. We got no sleep for the week and cold baths every time the lady at the reception was nice though.
