This property was perfect for our short stay in Rome. It was luxurious, well maintained, the staff were all fabulous…attentive and thoughtful, the location was perfect and the beds very comfortable! We were able to walk to the most popular sights in Rome within about 10 minutes from this location. It was a safe area with shopping and restaurants close by. We would highly recommend this hotel!

We went to Rome for our anniversary and the staff of this hotel was incredible! We have never had a better customer service experience than this hotel. The operations manager, Oliver, and his entire staff were unbelievably warm and catered to every need that we had. I recommend this hotel to anybody who has a romantic getaway to Rome!

Incredible property, amazing staff

We had the most amazing time at Palazzo Roma! We stayed for six nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Everything was incredible - especially the wonderful staff! We especially loved our room. We travel all the time and this was easily one of our favorite hotels ever. Excellent location too! Lots of crowds outside due to the Christmas holiday but the second we stepped inside the hotel, it was a quiet, beautiful retreat from it all. Also, the bed was exceptionally comfortable! Loved everything at Palazzo Roma!

This property is absolutely beautiful and a really special place to stay. I stayed there twice, and both times I found the rooms to be great, the staff to be attentive and kind, and everything about the experience to be just perfect. Could not recommend highly enough!!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect (right on Via Del Corso). We were greeted by very friendly staff who made us feel right at home. This is *the* best hotel I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect, we loved being able to walk to all the sites. The breakfasts every morning were delicious. But, the best part of it all was the staff. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, it truly was a five star experience. My only critique was no outlet by the nightstand to charge my phone.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we were greeted at the front door. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was wonderful. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a hotel. Location was perfect. Right in the heart of everything and close to a lot of great restaurants (and some tourist traps). From the wonderful breakfast to evening drinks in the bar, we really enjoyed the Palazzo Roma!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and breakfast buffet. Conveniently located near major attractions. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely return!
