Good location, large room, very nice staff. However, there were issues, namely large roach appeared in the room's shower while I was showering one day, and I encountered another large roach in the room's toilet enclosure on another day. Additionally, there was a street view from one window and the other windows the view was of metal ducts of some kind. I expected more from a 5-star hotel at $500.00 a night.

I stayed at Palazzi Montemartini with my family for 4 nights in July. We stayed at the skylight suite and it was really nice and clean. We dined at Senses restaurant couple of times and we really enjoyed the food and staff. Overall it was a great experience.

Service was amazing, staff very attentive and observant, room was fantastic and breakfast selection was great. Spa was lovely and we had the space all to ourselves, you did have to pre book. Spa treatments were very expensive though, so we avoided those. Everything else was exceptional just as the hotel says.

The room was beautiful, updated very nice. It was not cramped, the shower could have been updated, tiles were old or worn out. Service for the room needs help, the coffee was not filled every day, had to have it requested, they mentioned water is complementary the first day you get your room, but it's only that day, the rest of the days you need to pay for it. Room service is amazing, they have a very good chef. Overall very nice and pleasant and close to the train station!
