Great location. Our room was photogenic and comfortable. It was clean, except that it had an infestation of fruit flies. Check in/out was not smooth. The front door, room door and elevator required tricks to operate. The safe did not work properly. The shower drained poorly.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend it as a great base for exploring Rome. A particular thank you to Peter who looked after us at breakfast. He cooked amazing food and was extremely polite, chatty and helpful. The balcony for breakfast is a real treat.

Palazzo Caruso was a very chic, boutique hotel in central Rome. It was 5 minutes to Piazza Spagna and many other historical sites. Because it was my birthday they upgraded us to a suite for free. Lovely place feeling homey, elegant, comfortable. Thank you!

From the moment we entered the Palazzo, we had such a personal experience with the staff and the accommodations. Notably, John and Luisa went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and made us feel safe in a city we were unfamiliar with and weren’t sure of how to navigate.
