Excellent location. Room was big enough to sleep in separate rooms if needed.Air conditioning more than needed. One drawback is the walls and floors are thin so if you are sensitive to noise, this may be a problem especially if you want to sleep in. I would stay there again.

The property was beautiful and John; who checked us in, was very accommodating and nice. My only problem was our room was right next to the office and we could hear everything that the night clerk was doing all night. That and the very hard pillows kept us up all night. Next time we come we’ll request a room not next to the office and bring our own pillows.

This is a very quaint and quiet boutique hotel overlooking a Bernini fountain in a lovely Piazza. Breakfast was included, and enough to last until dinner. It was served on a rooftop patio that was sunny and lovely. The roof was well appointed. It was a good location and a perfect choice to complement the hectic pace of Rome.
