On arrival we had booked via the hotel a taxi, which due to the new customs and passport control, meant he could not wait for us ! We still got charged OK, understand that.
The room we had did not have a phone so unable to contact reception staff, then the plug in the bath would not let the water escape, so a member of the reception did a temporary repair.
We were then moved after a couple of days to a room which we had supposedly booked ? Which had only a shower, several light fixtures were broken and it just looked as though there was no care. Also we booked the hotel as it had a roof terrace and bar, on our first night we were told no bar, so no after dinner drinks for us. I’m just not sure they understood what was happening, so unfortunately I cannot give them a good review.
