Spacious, clean apartment that provided seperate sleeping areas for myself and my teenage child. Added Bonus of a balcony and very effective air con which was very much needed in Rome in July. Great location for bars and restaurants of Trastevere. 2 supermarkets close by as well as numerous coffee shops and pizza places . Would definitely stay again

Starting with the good, great apartments with all the facilities needed for a base location. Plenty of room and clean However there is the hugest market right outside every Sunday and the vendors arrived sometime after 3am to set up with a start time of 6:30am. It was incredibly noisy and no chance of sleep, vans, shouting, music, construction ongoing for hours. Our party had 5 rooms and all said they were fully disturbed. The property and Hotels.com should make people aware if this as ive since discovered this is every Sunday. Because of this I wouldn’t return at weekends and wouldn’t recommend. Also a minor thing but restroom in the reception/locker room are needed. .

Spacious suite with kitchen, dining, bedroom, bath and sala. I really appreciate the free laundry facility and locker room for luggage. Late checkout option is also a plus. Location is within 2 mi of the Colosseum and Basilica, and 5 mi of the Vatican.

Had a pleasant time staying here while in Rome. The hotel is conveniently located with restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes walk away. The room is spacious, clean and provides all the basic essentials you need on your vacation. My only negative was the temperature of the room. I visited near the end of May and it was quite hot. The room’s AC is only able to be controlled to cool the room down in the “summer” months so sleeping at night was not the best. Opening the window isn’t the best option either as there’s no screen and occasionally bugs could fly into the room. My suggestion is the hotel should provide a fan at least for the bedroom for a more comfortable nights rest. I would stay here again though at a different time of year or pack a fan in my luggage next time. Thanks, Numa for a wonderful trip.

Everything went well! I recommend this location for travelers. Good communication, clean, modern rooms, and across the street from grocery store. There was an issue with the heat not working. I let management know asap. I was moved to a new room within 30 mins! Thanks for the prompt response and adjustments!
