The room is small like all in Italy, but is imazingly organize and the decor is really nice to the smallest detail, the hosts valeria and Stephania are imazing thay gave us tips to dine, tours, etc.

This is a beautiful property which I would have rated five stars if there had been a lift in operation. The four flights were difficult to navigate. Thank goodness for staff member Maria, who carried the big luggage up and down for us. I am 78 and would not have stayed here had I been aware that the elevator was not operational. However, the facility is absolutely charming, Stephania was friendly, helpful, and delightful to deal with. If you're young and in good shape, stay here . . . it's a lovely facility.

This is the perfect place to stay while visiting Rome. Walking distance to the Vatican and so many places to eat around there. Stefanía and Valeria are the perfect hosts. The rooms were clean and very modern. They were a bit smaller than expected, but certainly large enough for one to two people with luggage. Additionally, the host and her staff made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
