Room was bigger and nicer than I expected with a cute little balcony. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. In the evening the restaurant was closed for a private event but I was directed to the bar. It wasn’t the best in terms of decor and ambiance but the bartender Roberto (I think) had great charm and gave prompt service. Breakfast buffet was awesome, a highlight of my short stay.

Great location, great hotel. Front desk and other staff speaks English well enough to answer questions and help. Room was a large suite with wonderful air conditioning. Great breakfast too (suggest you add it on at the time of RSVP). While a bit older than some modern hotels, this was a great experience. We'd stay here again or at one of their sister hotels in Rome.

We all loved the hotel. The location was excellent and walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Special shout out to Ali Mohammed who checked us in and out. We received a room upgrade to a junior suite which was an unexpected surprise. Ali was so friendly every time we came back for the day. Roberta at the front desk was helpful when we asked about getting to the airport on the day of departure.

Anniversary trip

Peaceful mini break as hotel is near the Vatican so away from the busy central hotspots which are easily accessible anyway. Plenty of good shops bars restaurants nearby.
