Mycket nĂžjd

Rummet var fint, stort och rent. Jag mötte ingen som jobbade pÄ Munira undre de 4 nÀtterna jag hade bokat, men jag fick all info pÄ sms sÄ det var inga större problem. Frukosten lÀmnade mycket att önska, men allt i allt Àr jag mycket nöjd med boendet. Jag kan definitivt tÀnka mig att bo dÀr igjen.

Posizionato a 500 metri dalla stazione Trastevere, il b&b offre ad un prezzo giusto tutto quello che serve: posizione buona, pulito, ben servito, camera accogliente, personale gentile. Lo consiglio!

Mi vuelo se retrasĂł y lleguĂ© mĂĄs tarde de lo planeado al check-in sin embargo recibĂ­ mucho apoyo por parte de Munira para poder instalarme. La cama muy cĂłmoda y la ubicaciĂłn aĂșn mĂĄs, el baño grande y todo limpio! En general, muy buen establecimiento.

Holpriger Beginn, insgesamt aber zu empfehlen.

Auf der Suche nach einer schönen Unterkunft in Trastevere mit Balkon waren wir auf dieses B und B gestoßen und hatten es etwas 3 Wochen vor unserer Ankunft gebucht. 3 Tage vorher erreichte mich dann die Nachricht, dass wir wegen Problemen mit dem Abwasser in eine zentralere Unterkunft umgebucht wĂŒrden. Fotos dazu wurden mir allerdings trotz Nachfrage nicht zugeschickt, was mich etwas beunruhigte. Im Ergebnis zu Unrecht: Das Zimmer liegt in einer Vier-Zimmer-Wohnung (vielleicht sind es auch fĂŒnf) in der vierten Etage, ist nicht besonders groß, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und hat ein bequemes Bett. Es gibt eine wunderschöne, von der KĂŒche aus erreichbare Dachterrasse, auf der wir bei gutem Wetter gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt haben. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war fĂŒr italienische VerhĂ€ltnisse gut (Kaffee, Saft, Brot mit Marmelade/ Nutella, Kuchen und immer Obst). Die WĂ€nde der Wohnung sind dĂŒnn, mit den anderen GĂ€sten gab es aber keinerlei LĂ€rmprobleme. Sehr positiv fanden wir, dass die Vermieter offenbar auf eine frĂŒhere Kritik, dass man ab 8 Uhr wegen der Zubereitung des FrĂŒhstĂŒcks in der angrenzenden KĂŒche nicht mehr schlafen könne, reagiert haben und die KĂŒchenfee bis auf einen Morgen sehr leise war. Ebenfalls positiv: Die Vermieter waren (anders als wir...) pĂŒnktlich zur vereinbarten SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe, außerdem durften wir das GepĂ€ck am Abreisetag in der Wohnung lassen. Die Erreichbarkeit per Telefon, SMS oder WhatsApp könnte noch verbessert werden, insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden.

Nous avons dĂ» appeler pour qu'on vienne nous ouvrir le B&B aprĂšs l'heure d'ouverture. Les chambres se trouvent dans un appartement d'immeuble classique un peu vieillot, mais elles ont Ă©tĂ© remises au goĂ»t du jour. Le petit dĂ©jeuner a le mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre compris, mais les produit utilisĂ©s ne sont pas de trĂšs grande qualitĂ©. Le personnel est accommodant et nous apporte volontiers son aide. À refaire, pour le mĂȘme prix, nous prendrions l'hĂŽtel.

accomodatie bestaat uit 4 kamers in een appartementen complex. het is aan te bevelen om een exacte tijd tijd af te spreken wanneer je wilt inchecken anders sta je voor een gesloten deur. locatie is voor centraal rome niet optimaal maar met tram is het goed te bereiken. luchthaven is te bereiken in 30 min met een regionale trein die vanaf trastevere vertrekt (10 min lopen van accomodatie)

PrisvÀrt men lite lÄngt bort

Ligger i ett fint omrÄde men Àr en bra bit att promenera till centrala Rom och till dom bÀttre delarna av trastevere, var dock lÀtt att ta sig in till stan med spÄrvagn, tÄg och buss (vi provade alla alternativ). vi fick ett litet rom, "roma e" stod det pÄ vÀggen. det lÄg precis bredvid receptionen och frukostrummet sÄ det var vÀldigt lyhört, kÀndes inte speciellt privat. vid frukosten var det mycket oklart vad som serverades men bad man sjÀlv om Àggröra kunde dom fixa det, annars fick man nÄgon chokladbulle och kaffe... hotellrummet var mörkt, vilket var ett minus. men i övrigt mysigt och frÀscht. skulle ej ÄtervÀnda pga lÀget, skulle hellre bo lite mer centralt. trevlig personal iallafall!

nous avons été ravis de ce voyage, l hotel est à 7 mn de la gare, tres facile d accÚs, libre service pour le petit déjeuner, Mathilde est tres sympathique ,le lit est extra et le confort est tel qu il vous est présenté sur le site.

Too greedy for her own good!

I booked this B&B only because it said it had free parking; it turned out that they meant parking on the street and those of you who have been to Rome know that finding parking on streets of Rome is not an easy task. To arrive at my destination and to find out that I needed to drive around the neighborhood to find a parking was not what I was looking for. Alos, buyer be aware: breakfast at Munira means a cappuccino and a doughnut at the neighboring bar; nothing like a breakfast at a b&b in the US. We chose not to use it! After booking Munira, I needed another booking in Rome for a week later. Since I had been talking exchanging emails with the owner, I asked her for availability. I was told that I cold book a room at their other place for little more than I was paying at Munira. I accepted it. Another reviewer had written about their other place and I felt comfortable paying a bit more. After my stay at Munira was over and I was in Florence, I emailed the owner for the address of the other place I needed to return. No reply! I wrote again, another no reply! I had an Italian make a phone call at the number the owner had provided to make sure that I still had my reservation. To make a long story short, they increased the rate by about 45%. I had (still have) the email from owner quoting the initial rate but they would not honor their own quote. Very disappointed at the level of greed I encountered while stranded in another country!

Camera ben isolata acusticamente/termicamente, oggettistica funzionale e di estetica ben ricercata nello stile di riferimento della stanza a tema. Camera bagno di buon livello estetico/stile e funzionale.Zona in comune cucina e camera da pranzo completa e generosa per attrezzatura e generi di conforto.Si trova fuori dalla ZTL ed Ăš possibile parcheggiare l'automobile su strisce bianche senza particolari problemi.Comunicazioni con il gestore basati sulla cordialitĂ .

Excenlente B&B a 1km del centro de Trastevere.

Fue fåcil encontrar el hotel. La habitación era grande, muy bien adornada, limpia y con todo muy nuevo; excelente. El desayuno se toma a unos 100mtrs del hotel. Muy bueno y abundante. Todas las personas del hotel fueron muy amables en especial la mujer que trabaja por las tardes, no recuerdo bien su nombre, creo que era Matilde. Excelente persona, siempre ayudando mucho, mås allå de sus responsabilidades. Ella hizo la gran diferencia. No tiene estacionamiento gratis. Simplemente hay lugar afuera para estacionar. No sobra, pero todos los días vi algunos lugares. La zona no es tan cerca a lo central de Trastevere. De todas formas estå el Tranvía y el tren a 500mtrs. Varias veces nosotros decidimos caminar ya que íbamos pasando por varios puntos de interés en el camino. Recomiendo este lugar.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Unser Aufenthalt im Munira B&B war super. Wir hatten ein Appartement fĂŒr uns, da sĂ€mtliche Zimmer belegt waren. Bad und WĂ€nde waren sehr schön gestaltet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten haben wir zu Fuß erreichen können. Wir sind am Tiber entlang gelaufen und haben uns an den BrĂŒcken orientiert. Das Viertel Trastevere ist sehr schön. Das Munira hat fĂŒr uns auch den Flughafentransfer organisiert. Obwohl unser Flug verspĂ€tet und erst nach Mitternacht ankam, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Das Personal ist freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist in einem Cafe nur ein paar Meter weiter und sehr gut. Alles Topp - Wir kommen gerne wieder.

On nous a offert de nous déplacer plus prÚs du centre touristique de Rome dans leur nouveau bed&breakfast. Tout était neuf et moderne de style industriel. La chambre était trÚs petite par contre. L emplacement nous a permis de tout visiter à pied.

Room is clean and nice , no complaint Good Wi Fi But for me It was a big surprise To find out that hotel Munira is not hotel It is an apartment with 4 rooms, inside regular apartment building No sign on the door of the building and apartment In the near Restaurant we discover that we have to go to 4 floor in building 30 (in this restaurant you eat the breakfast ) There was no service at all , we were lucky that the lady in charge wait for us To give us the key , otherwise we could not get into the hotel And we could sleep out side, in the street After we got the key , we did not see here again To give back the key , we just left it and went out We wanted to leave our bag after check out till our flight So we put it in the kitchen , unlocked (Trusting on other gest to not touch it )

Cozy & friendly//Mysigt & vÀnligt

I loved my room and slept really well in the comfy bed - this B&B had everything I needed. The train station (direct trains to the airport) was unbelievably close, as the tram number 8 to the historical center. I liked the neighbourhood: not the fancy parts of Trastevere, but the parts where ordinary people live. Breakfast was served in a cafe in the same block, close and cozy. //Det hÀr hotellet passade mig perfekt: trevliga rum och allt du behöver, frÄn hÄrtork till kylskÄp. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgÄende, ingenting var problematiskt och allt gick att fixa, och trevligt att gÄ till granncaféet och inta sin frukost och morgoncappuchino. Om man vill har man ocksÄ tillgÄng till det trendiga gymmet i grannhuset, och perfekt att jogga lÀngs med floden som rinner förbi precis bredvid. Rekommenderar varmt!

Great B&B

They sent us to another place closer to the historical sites. Latter we moved back to Munira. We did not expected that so we were suspicious about the place they moved us to. But we realized that it was indeed a good move for us. Mauro and Fedrerica were nice. No complains at all. It is a great B&B. The lesson was: if they want to move you to their other place, accept it!

Wir waren zu frieden mit der lage dort. Die geschĂ€fte und restaurant sind in der nĂ€he. Es war wirklich sehr schön. Die zimmer waren neu und sauber. Am abend ist es einbisschen krank. Leider war das frĂŒhstĂŒck nicht gut. Wir mussten selber organisieren. Aber sonst die umgebung ist sehr toll
