Thank you for having us. Lovely hotel. Clean. Housekeeping lady with blue hair from Ukraine was lovely and sweet. Yuri at Bar was delightful too! Thank you for all the aperols :) team at front desk was responsive. Appreciate them fixing issues. In general, would stay again. I hope they fix lobby soon and make it easy to navigate with luggage. Also, please have engineering on duty at night to reset breakers or teach your team to do it.

Pleasant refuge from busy days in Roma

Really nice quiet hotel in a safe residential neighbourhood. Lovely interior design, comfortable bed and chairs, nice breakfast selection and friendly staff with good spoken English.

Great property! Very safe and super friendly staff. Rooms are spacious with balcony. Very convenient from train station, however had a hard time getting a taxi during peak times. All in all highly recommend for families!

Great hotel, great location

Great hotel, slightly outside Rome city centre but not too far. There are a few restaurants round the corner and much cheaper than in the city centre. We had a room on the top floor the balcony was huge! Lots of space to chill out with the family in between trips. Only negative was the jacuzzi had a mind of its own and had to get someone to fix it twice.

Awesome rooms but hard beds.

Lovely hotel, awesome rooms. The jacuzzi room had a huge balcony. However beds in both rooms we stayed in were very very hard. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond. The cold options at breakfast were plentiful but repetitive after a week. The hot options weren't great. All in all would recommend this hotel for a quiet oasis in Roma.

Very overpriced for what it was. Small, uncomfortable, jacuzzi on the terrace was messed up, air conditioning was turned off the day I got there so it was very hot in the room.

I come to this hotel several times. Its very convinient, but it lacks a better service. Front desk do not resolve matters, they lack english speaking wich they really need and some sense of profesionalism is missing there

Little hidden secret

Me and my partner had a lovely weekend, the hotel had and is being renovated to a really good standard, the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast needs more attention very inconsistent in terms of lack of hot food, milk or teaspoons needs to be replenished more frequently. This hotel is 5 mins from metro very accessible. The area has lots of local restaurants, great food, cheaper than city centre. Great little hangout called white rabbits is worth a visit for a few drinks of an evening and a cheap local restaurant called San Marino pizza busy little place. Our room was 507 and big with a balcony. The bathroom was gorgeous immaculately clean!! Wish I had taken a photo of it. Yes the streets are not very clean and graffiti everywhere but you get that in any city don’t let this put you off this little Gem of a hotel. We would stay again definitely.

Room missed the mark, some basic things were missed. No parasols or sun shades on the balconies meant hot tub during the day (or in fact any sunbathing at all during the day) was impossible in mid summer, not enough hooks (two gowns, two towels = only TWO hooks in the entire room??), shower leaked all over the bathroom floor because the drainage was not adequate, no rug/s in the room was a miss, we found a biscuit beetle on the first day, and our hot tub wasn't working for our first two days, and they were understaffed due to sickness so no pizza in the restaurant for the latter half of our trip. The staff kindly tried to resolve our issues with the room but did not have an adequate room upgrade, so we took a comped meal at the lovely restaurant downstairs. Bed was otherwise comfy, internet was fine and transport links into Rome were great. Staff try their best with what they've been given, I hope they can convince management to resolve the issues.

Bom hotel.

A localização do hotel é boa, fácil acesso até o centro de Roma. Café da manhã excelente, atendimento no geral é OK. Estacionamento incluso é importante para quem não quiser tomar multas nas ZTLs locais. Cama super firme e travesseiros ruins, reclamei e colocaram um pillow top na cama e acrescentaram alguns travesseiros extras, o que ajudou.

Fijn hotel met aardige en lieve werknemers, heerlijk ontbijt, waarom waren die pannekoeken steeds op haha, die wilde iedereen natuurlijk graag eten, fijne kamers, ligging was gekozen op rust maa ris wel een 20/25 minuten ov reizen elke dag naar de stad, leuke restaurants en winkels in de buurt, bezienswaardigheden dus iets verder.
