Poorest service ever - stay away

No one available for check-in, we called the only number prior to 20:30 and no one answered nor called us back. We were stuck outside without help and with 2 babies - a terrible experience.

We enjoyed ourselves, but it is not like the pictures. There is no desk with a receptionist to greet you. The rooms are clean and modern, but the extra beds are more pull away beds. It’s not a suite, being that there is a common area that is shared by three rooms. All that is private is the bedroom and your bathroom. There is no continental breakfast. There is a coupon each day for a nice restaurant to order a cappuccino and a croissant, which is fine -it was very good and a nice restaurant. The location is probably the best part of the experience. If you go just realize the above. We did not spend much time there other than sleeping -so overall, other than my comments, it was a good experience. It would be more suitable for only 2 people. We had 5.

Tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer und sehr sauber. Leider sehr hellhörig, aber das muss man wohl in Kauf nehmen in einem solch antiken Palazzo.

Vatten är för lite när man duscha. Det finns bara en kort för dörrar. Dörren öppnar med ett kort och kortet är nyckel för lampor. Varje personer behöver ett kort. Hiss funkar inte bra.

The place is very clean. Great location facing the Vatican. Excellent service. I dropped one star because there is only one key per room. And because I added another € 88 for taxes and cleaning even though I realized that the price I paid included everything.
