Loved our stay here , staff service was great. The place is kind of small but is very walkable to most of main attractions in rome. Room was cleaned every day and we really loved the coffee machine & water that they offer in the common area. Would stay here again in the future.

Room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Easy to walk to from Rome Termini and they had complimentary coffee machine and filtered water. Would recommend :)

Not your typical hotel, however it is perfectly located close to the train, Colosseum, Trevi, and more. Very low key yet exactly what we needed for a short stay. Very cool elevator to get to the third floor. They were ready for us to check in at 11am which was a bonus. Gratzi !!!

I would recommend however it is a guest house not so much a hotel, therefore less support at front desk as not always there. Clean and large room. A little noisy as in main area of town and sounds of street below. Good location to Roma termini.

Overnight stay prior to returning home. Perfect location close to Roma Termini and major tourist attractions. The hotel does not display a large sign, so you must look for the plaque on the wall. Also make sure to prearrange your check in to ensure someone is present. We called the number provided and they showed up shortly. Typical size for a hotel in Rome. Very clean and friendly staff.

We had a good stay. Great location we walked everywhere. But we like walk. Near Metro n train station. The room could be lovely Bathroom needs a re do for sure. Although we were on a back road it was very noisy through the at night then from early hours. Definitely need double glazing. The entrance of the building need a desperate lick of paint. It tricky to locate the hotel, it’s just past the parking. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Working elevator, locked main front door and beautiful entry (note you need to have someone let you in after 4 or so, so best to communicate with them in advance to ensure someone is there), room was clean, SO QUIET for such a bustling area. Bathroom was small but clean, though it had a strange odor so we kept door closed, but was fine for its purposes. Comfortable and we felt VERY safe, which is not a given in some of these small hotels. Great value for the price! Definitely would return and recommend.

This is not a traditional hotel but a home that has been turned into several rooms. The room was spacious but in the middle of the night we discovered that the toilet would not flush. No one was around to help. Also there was only hot water for 1 person. Would not return. Staff were friendly. good location
