Lila was an amazing host who went out of her way to accommodate us and even organised a taxi with Enrico to take us to airport at 1.30am. Location is amazing Had a wonderful view overlooking park. Will definitely stay here again

The guesthouse was spacious. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! She went above and beyond helping us out, keeping our luggage at her office, showing us nearby places, etc. We would definitely come to this guesthouse again and recommend it!

Booked 2 rooms the same, one for us and one for our friends. Completed different standard of rooms. No kettle or fridge in our room. Hardly saw any staff to raise issues with.

Customer Service was outstanding. I believe Lily is who checked me in and gave me VIP treatment as well as I noticed her checked other guests in and gave them all VIP treatment. Because of her customer service I would stay there again as well as recommend this location to friends. Plus this is a great location to shopping and all of the attractions.

Staff was extremely friendly and easy to get ahold of for checkin and bag pickup. Hotel was close to Rome Termini station and footsteps to the subway. Would come back.

Not far from Rome Termini. So glad they had air conditioning! It was above 90 degrees in Rome during our stay. Lily is nice.

Weird stay. It wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t the cleanest either. The location was sketchy, especially at night. Staff were nice. Just a very weird experience while we were there and we had to check out a couple hours earlier due to an incident the hotel was experiencing with the police. Close to the train station and a subway station. View from our room was very nice. If you’re comfortable with average this place is ok.

Nice hotel in central location

The hotel was nice and clean with a friendly staff that was helpful with any requests that we had. The hotel is placed centrally in Rome close to Termini station and within walking distance to several of the main attractions in Rome. Room was nice and clean. Rooms were of decent size. Due to the central location, there is a bit of traffic in the area which creates some noise from the traffic.

This was a great location. The metro was right aroung the corner and the taxi stand was only a couple of blocks. It is a walkable distance from the train station. It was a nice room and the beds were comfortable. The staff were nice. There is a park across the street which had concerts at night that we were able to hear in our room. There was a couple of take out restaurants outside it's door. I would stay there again.
