The location is absolutely wonderful for the hotel which makes staying here worth it if you are looking for something cheap and don't plan on being there much. There is plenty to do nearby, a pharmacy and shops right on the street. The Trevi Fountain a 9 minute walk. 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro. The rooms are big enough with beds for 3 people which we appreciated. There was AC and it worked great. However, the bathrooms were not cleaned when we arrived. The toilet seat was not connected and just sitting on the toilet. The shower and sink were not cleaned as there were used soap bars and bottles of soap sitting from past guests. There was no soap provided to us (no shampoo, conditioner or body wash) which it said in the listing. The breakfast provided was not actually breakfast, just packaged croissants, which were opened when we arrived. They do have a coffee pot in your room. The wifi worked good. The check in was easy enough but minimal english!

I want to start by staying the staff was extremely nice and responsive, I’m giving this review primarily to help travelers have a better understanding of this location because I would have chosen differently if I knew. Calling this property “luxury rooms” is inaccurate at best, it’s extremely dated. Our room description said one double bed, one single bed. What we got was two single beds put together and a roll in cot. The beds were unfortunately extremely stiff and uncomfortable. One thing I’d like to note is the air conditioning in our room worked great which I’m grateful for from the hot summer heat. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator so lifting our heavy bags and suit cases up and down those steps was difficult. The outlets behind the nightstands were so dusty they nearly started a fire. My charger sparked and the entire power went out. When I called the woman kindly got our lights working but we didn’t realize the outlets were still out so none of our phones or portable fans got charged for the next day. Our shower filled at the bottom quickly so it was a race against the clock to get showered. My last note is that this hotel is located on a pretty steep hill which can make getting around on foot even more difficult, it certainly was for my 67 year old mom that had to sleep on the cot, having said that, it’s in a fairly centralized location, only about 12 min walk from Trevi Fountain. I think the price should have been more affordable considering the above

Great location, near Roma Termini and attractions like the Trevi Fountain. Easy Metro access at Barberini within a couple minutes walk bringing attractions like the Colosseum even closer. This is a no frills stay, in a good location, on a quiet street.

The hotel rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful and informative. The hotel is in a great location and close to everything. You can walk to almost every major site (if you don’t have small children). I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Great location for a short stay in Rome

We had a great stay in this Hotel. We only stayed for one night and this hotel was in a perfect location. Close to Termine terminal about 15 min walk and safe to walk around at night. We walked to the Colosseum, piazzas and very close to Trevi fountain. The room met my expectations, clean and comfortable. The front desk was a very sweet lady.

The location was very good for some of the popular sites in Rome. The room was a decent size and included a mini fridge. The free breakfast was a disappointment with it being a couple of items left in your room and fridge. The pictures of the courtyard listed in the website were no where to be found. Overall not a bad place as the location was convenient.

The property is located in an interesting area, with many attractions within walking distance. The hostess was very nice and helpful. However, we didn't particularly enjoy the pastries offered for the continental breakfast. In terms of cleanliness, it was satisfactory. Overall, this is a nice place to stay if you're looking for an affordable and safe option without all the extra amenities this is the place for you.

Fine but not great

Hotel is much smaller than it appears in the images. There is no communal space at all, or any facilities beyond the room. Rooms were decent and clean, and the location is excellent. WiFi was a little inconsistent.
