Great Location, 2mins from Spanish steps, with all main sites easily within walking distance. Hosts arranged private transfers for us to and from the airport. Room is basic but perfectly fine for sight seeing weekend in Rome.

Love this place! I only stay for 2 nights but I felt so comfortable. The place was clean and very well organized. I received video instructions on how to get in. Check in and out was sooo easy. Everything is close, literally on the center of Rome. I would definitely recommend this place and if am back to Roma I will be staying at this place again.

The room was beautiful and clean. The location was good, very near Pantheon, but tucked away from the crowds. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The only slight issue we noticed was a dripping tap and a slow draining shower in our en suite, but those should be easily resolved by the hotel and didn't ruin a very pleasant stay in this beautiful room.

The property is kind of a guest house..the ambience is very homely. You can't see any staff at all..communication were all done in whatsapp but he was very attentive and always on 24 hours a day..we had a cancelled flight in the morning and he understand the situation.

An excellent location. Great communication from the management for access and check out. They were also very responsive about a minor issue in room. The employee on site was super friendly and very attentive. It was a bit tricky to find but thanks to photos and videos provided we were ok. We hope to be back soon!

Our room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. Host was quick to respond and gave good directions for entry. Only complaints were the shower is a bit confusing and takes a long time to get hot. It also turns cold intermittently while showering. The room is also a bit too dark and needs brighter lighting. The bathroom was beautiful and roomy by Italy standards. Would stay here again as it is vey close and walkable to all historic areas.

We booked this hotel at the end of a multi week trip in Italy the night before we flew back home. All in all it was a decent room but the completely online autonomous check in process was a bit odd and disconcerting - the communication was responsive and the check in videos helpful. Note it would have been helpful to have a light in the hallway for the upstairs entrance door. Also the button to open the lobby gate was challenging to find.

This is NOT a hotel. This is a house with few rooms. I don’t know why in Expedia it is shown as hotel. I made a mistake of booking this place thinking this was a hotel. There is no reception and staff to whom you can talk. There is no elevator if you have heavy baggage. U will be in a big trouble with heavy baggage and no one will be around to help. There was not hot water consistently available for us. All three days. Room was too small. No place to move around. I needed help to help to book a cab and the host had said previous night he will help. The. On the day we were checking out the host became unreachable. Never answered phone or messages. Bad service. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
