Location is excellent, 5-15 min walk to anywhere you’d want to be in Rome! Quick and inexpensive yet local food options on the same street for when you just want to eat quickly, and dozens of nice sit down places for when you don’t. Staff bends over backwards to accommodate any needs you have, breakfast is quite robust compared to the standard Italian fare and well worth adding to your room charge. The elevator was broken while we were there but it’s just a couple flights of stairs and Rome would be difficult if you can’t do steps at all. Overall fantastic experience. This would be my go to hotel if we stay in Rome again!

I’ve stayed in this hotel before and had a pretty good experience so we decided to stay again. This time our room was on the first floor and it became very loud around 7:30am since breakfast was being served right outside our door … unfortunately since we only got to the hotel after 2 AM (because our ordered car didn’t show up) we got very little sleep. Also it was very hot in the room even though the AC was set to 18

We were there during the heat wave this summer and the air conditioning wasn’t working. They had been aware of the issue for weeks prior to our arrival as we later found out but waited for us to complain before trying to solve this issue. At first they made it seem that it was fine and they came to “fix” it knowing full well it wasn’t. Then tried to resolve it with a window unit that also don’t work because those need to be sealed. They gave us a cooler room to sleep in the first night but not only was it too small for 4 people they could accommodate us in another rooms for our stay. Long story short it was almost 40 outside and 27 -28 degrees C in our room. I even had to insist on more than just a $150 off. They finally gave us our first night free. I should have left and found another place but I didn’t have the mental or physical energy to deal with that. We wanted to enjoy it stay in Rome and this got us off to a bad start already. I wouldn’t go back.

This is more of a B&b than an actual hotel, my bad for not noticing that. The place is only staffed in the morning, there is no one available afternoon. Our room was old, bathroom door did not have a lock, and it had a connecting room reversed by another couple. The walls were so thin you would feel both families are staying together. The hotel had an issue either card reader system, we had issues getting into the reception area (which led to our room) and to our own room several times, which was not an ideal situation. That said, the location is great as you are close to all the important tourist attractions.

Nice location and very friendly front desk workers. Runs more like a b&b than hotel though. Nobody available at desk past 4:30 PM. There was also garbage stacked right in the building entry for the entirety of our stay. Not sure if that was the hotel’s fault but it smelled bad every time we entered and made the building downstairs feel a little dirty. Room itself had beautiful views, was spacious, and had a good bed.
