Staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Our rooms were tidied daily, but my bathroom wasn’t cleaned throughly. I had to request the floors be mopped because I have an allergy to dust. It was our second time staying there so we did go back after our first stay. The location is excellent!

Roberto and his staff were absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Stayed here with another friend and honestly had a great time. The rooms are really modern and well kept and Roberto was very accommodating and lovely! Great location too and amazing room keeping with a great price. We paid for a Queen room but we got a double room instead. Aircon didnt work most nights and the TV did not work. Location was good, next to a high street and some lovely restaurants. Toilet roll was not replaced most days. Thankfully we weren’t intending on spending much time in the Hotel room, otherwise it would have been a problem.

Convenient location for everything Bathroom not safe for seniors especially nothing to hold on and no shower curtains. Coffee machine not working We originally booked for two twin bed but was given 1 king size bed which is difficult because my son had severe cough and colds.

Nice boutique hotel close to Città del Vaticano. Many restaurants and as well shopping areas just around the corner. Clean rooms, daily new towels and room maid service. Quiet location.
