We very much enjoyed our stay, lots of room for 4 people, beautiful area and close to a beach, we found the actual entrance to be a little challenging. We would have liked to be given an option to store luggage as we were coming off of a cruise and we could not check in before 3:30pm.

The place was very clean and the customer service was great! Just a 15min walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this place. A lot of restaurants right next to the hotel. One thing, be aware that the 1st level is really the 2nd floor and there is no elevator so you’ll need to carry your bags upstairs, but it was a great place.

Very small room that was nicely decorated. However the water needs to run for more than 10 minutes to gain something warm enough to shower under. For what ever reason there was no shower soap etc to use. Room fridge was basically warm so useless. Staff friendly but unable to check us in until 4pm. We were out the door at 0530 to the airport, so missed the breakfast service. Be prepared to carry your luggage up a long flight of steep stone stairs. Property needs a coat of paint to freshen the place up. Walls are marked with suitcase rubbing due to lack of space. Price was good, but reflective of the cost to taxi there and back from the airport. Not much to see and do in Fiumicino. It was a little underwhelming. For the price it served it's purpose but unlikely to return. Had high hopes given the property name, but left disappointed.
