The location is great close to the Vatican and castello del Angelo, the air conditioner in room 2 was terrible, over all was ok, we had a great time, I mentioned a few things wrong the said ok but never returned to fix them, the door handle was loose and the safe had no key.

The area is amazing; staff was really nice. I think the place needs some updates in general, but kitchen has everything you need. Shower could have been better; it was very small. But overall, it was great for couple of days!

Perfect location, wonderful staff! Hot water in shower worked intermittently 1 minute hot then 1 minute cold. 5 Euro breakfast ticket for Cafe Nero was a great deal! Highly recommend location, walked to all major sights.

The location was excellent and easy access to the Vatican, restaurants. We had issue with the first room because it was on the main floor on a major room but the staff went out of their way to make other arrangement for a better room. AC works great. There is only one key to the room so my partner and I have to be together all the time. No face cloth, and hand lotion.

The rooms are totally weird shapes and we had no window, but it was clean and in a good location. Also the AC unit blew right onto the bed, which might be a plus for some people, but was a huge minus to me; I had to turn it off. Staff were nice.

The property had a last minute maintenance issue with our reserved apartment however they accommodated us smoothly to a new apartment for the first night, then moved our luggage and settled us into the initial apartment. Both apartments were very comfortable. We will contact them for our next Rome visit. Their recommended restaurant was our best meal in Rome.

It is very close to the major attractions, the room is big and clean, staff are super nice and friendly. Except the building is not new, but so does 99% buildings in Rome, so can’t complain it. Definitely will come back.

We liked - friendly staff, - Very clean room with modern washroom fixtures - Good blackout drapes - Water kettle was helpful - Air conditioning works good andl was quiet - convenient cafe next door - Neighborhood felt safe and walking distance to popular attractions Needs improvement - We couldn’t use the safe in the room because the staff couldn’t find the key - Our window was facing busy street and was not sound proof, can hear traffic as early as 4 in the morning - Our room was on bottom floor and can hear people walking above us - Door to hallway were not very sound proof and can hear voices as if outside our door - Door frame of washroom was slanted and very low clearance, barely 5 feet kept bumping our forehead going to washroom when forgetting to duck
