The rooms were very hot because the rooms didn’t have sufficiently cold air conditioning, and they did not have enough fans to give us. It was very uncomfortable. We could not go to the 10th floor to enjoy the view because they always had functions going on and they came before hotel guests. The bar did not open until 5 pm. The elevators went up and down with guests for parties bypassing the floor we were staying on. The breakfast was good and the staff in the buffet were pleasant.

I stayed in July 16 2026. Temperatures were 95 and up every day and there was no AC. After complaining I only received a card to write my email. They lied saying it just broke I found other reviews from previous months with complaints no AC I wish I saw it prior making my reservation since I clearly requested my room with AC on my reservation, nothing was offered to me as a compensation and I had to buy my own fan to help me a little bit to sleep. I will not go back to this hotel again horrible experience.

We booked this property for a one night stay in Rome prior to our departure the next day. Prior to our arrival we received a notification that the hotel was overbooked and they had to cancel our reservation. We basically were stranded in Rome at 10 PM at night without lodging so we never stayed there but we would not recommend this place since they Are not reliable when we spoke to the front desk they did not even initiate the cancellation for us to receive the refund we had to go through the process of contacting Expedia to get our money back.

Overpriced hotel and amenities doesn’t seem enough for the price. i would still let that slide considering that’s what i consciously purchased, but this property is next to Hotel Quirinale which i think hosts some Live performances and music which is too loud and runs till 11pm-12midnight, and causes nuisance for sleep deprived travelers, like me, that too with family and kids

Mycket bra frukost buffe. Supertrevlig och kundfokuserad personal bl a kyparen Asik på 9:e våningen. Hotellet ligger mycket centralt med gångavstånd till många sevärdigheter. Stort rum i två plan för 3-4 personer. Tyst och mycket bra ljuddämpning av fönster. Renlighet och städning i toppklass. Många lampor i belysningen fungerade dock inte. Bra supermarknad "Tigre" som låg 200 m till vänster om hotellet. Tips att alltid begära användning av taxameter vid taxiresor. Vi fick en solig och superfin 4 nätters vistelse på detta hotel som vi varmt kan rekommendera. Vår bokning genom Hotels.com fungerade utmärkt. Bifogat foto på kyrktornet är taget från den ljuvliga inglasade restaurangen på 9:e våningen.

La ubicación es muy buena, fuimos caminando a Trevi y a Termini.. Coliseo y Vaticano a 15 mins en auto.. así que eso es bueno. El personal del restaurante muy amable.. la comida.. ayuda para el desayuno, solo que en 3 días no hubo cambio alguno. Lo no tan bueno: 1. El baño aunque estaba grande, estaba descuidado. La tina se veía sucia y cada vez que te bañabas.. se tapaba. Y la tapa del inodoro.. se salía. 2. Hacia un calor horrible. Pregunté en la recepción y me dijeron que así era. Que el aire acondicionado lo prendían hasta Mayo porque aún no era temporada. Entonces horrible llegar al hotel acolorads de 28 grados afuera y que el cuarto estuviera igual de caliente y no poder refrescarte. 3. El elevador se echó a perder 5 veces .. entonces esperabas muchos No es un mal hotel, el espacio estaba muy bien si viajas con niños, pero por el costo, un poco más de cuidado y mantenimiento no le vendrían mal.
