Spacious flat, everything needed for the stay, easy to find, quick access, great restaurants nearby. Take a t-towel as that was needed. Would have welcomed a second sofa or extra two chairs in living room - would have made stay even better. Metro across the street, supermarket next door or carrefour 5 min walk which opens later. Road noise noticeable but not bad, some building work out back but not loud to disturb with doors closed - both these seemed common everywhere in Rome to be honest so difficult to get away from it!

When I asked for property access details night before and got response saying they will provide few hours before check in. Not clean. Floor was dirty. Mold and mildew in the bathroom; especially in the shower. Uncomfortable furniture in the living room. The bed was very uncomfortable and lacked support. The springs in the mattress were all worn out and made so much noise. Should provide a power outlet adapter since majority of the outlets in the house were not compatible with the one we brought. The provided iron stained our clothes. There was a burnt patch stuck to the bottom side.

La habitación es amplia y limpia, muy agradable y ubicada a solo unos 5 minutos caminando al Coliseo , alrededor hay buenos restaurantes a precios aceptables. Volvería a hospedarme y la recomiendo ampliamente. Solo como sugerencia las instrucciones de entrada indican colocar pick up para recoger tu llave y después de 10 minutos de intentarlo y comunicarnos nos dijeron colocar drop-off, fue confuso y generó un poco de stress a la llegada, pueden mejorar en las indicaciones de llegada. Para huéspedes de América deben considerar poner más de un rollo de papel higiénico porque nosotros no usamos el Bidet. Consideren dejar plancha y tabla de planchar en las habitaciones.
