Our apartment was excellent, great location, reliable AC, a large elevator, and plenty of space for a family of four. The only downside was the service. I contacted the host about network issues with the TV, but they didn’t come to fix it; instead, they asked me to reset the router myself, which I preferred not to do since it wasn’t my equipment.

The apartment was amazing, we stayed with three adults two kids, the rooms were big, modern, clean, excellent location. I saw some reviews that were negative on google post booking and I was a little worried but I didn’t need to be. Would come back if I was in Rome again.

Great location in proximity of attraction, restaurants and grocery store, great size of appartement, very clean, very modern. One toilets did not work, only 4 towels for our family of 4, great water pressure, great beds. We had ants appearing all over the apartment, the TV did not work and apartment door handle broke. I contacted the company and nothing happened to help us or change our situation. Very disappointed about that and no compensation was offered. Otherwise we had a great time.

The apartment was well laid out and had quite a lot of space. Unfortunately it was extremely noisy so we barely slept. This really affected the entire stay. The check in was awkward and not smooth. You absolutely cannot arrive before 3pm, there is no flexibility. They provided us with the check in details at 3.05pm and when we finally arrived to the room it was still being cleaned so we had to wait outside until it was done. Overall the apartment was nice inside but the experience wasn’t great.

Spacious flat, everything needed for the stay, easy to find, quick access, great restaurants nearby. Take a t-towel as that was needed. Would have welcomed a second sofa or extra two chairs in living room - would have made stay even better. Metro across the street, supermarket next door or carrefour 5 min walk which opens later. Road noise noticeable but not bad, some building work out back but not loud to disturb with doors closed - both these seemed common everywhere in Rome to be honest so difficult to get away from it!

Property was in excellent condition, great location for us. Metro really close by if needed. 15minute walk to main train station. Colosseum was a 5 minute walk down the hill. Would happily stay in one of their properties again. Check in and check out was really straightforward.

Check in needs to be reviewed because I didn’t receive proper check in instructions until after check in time despite being in communication with the host during the previous day and day of check in. The links did not work properly for pre check in as it was asking me for information for 5 guests rather than the 4 that were on the booking and would not let me advance. I was told I would receive instructions on how to access the room shortly before the 3PM check in time. An email was sent, after the check in time of 3PM but the instructions were how to access the rooftop terrace not our room. The problem was solved because the host sent me a message with instructions on how to access our key but the whole process could have been more friendly/warm and more smooth. Clearly the company is trying to keep costs low by reducing human contact with guests but the automated messages were not working well necessitating human intervention. Not having the information on how I was going to access the key to the suite and even get inside the building was anxiety provoking when travelling with children and when the temperature outside was extremely hot! Other than that check in problem everything was wonderful! Great unit and good location. We walked to attractions quite easily and taxis are easy to get right outside the building. It was a bit noisy due to traffic but expected given the location near busy streets. The place was spacious with comfortable beds and good linen.

Great location! The AC is working really well which is a huge plus for a summer vacation in Rome. We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was easy for us and they communicated well before our check in time.
