We had a great last night in Rome before our flight out. Our room was private and very quiet despite the ongoing air traffic. The staff were lovely and helpful and we appreciated the airport transfer ( which was much cheaper than a taxi). The hotel is a few steps from a lovely sandy beach and the sunset was gorgeous! The breakfast was easy and fresh and the staff made delicious cappuccinos for us.

The front desk woman at check-in was so helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help us out. The hotel was small and older but different. Great place for those coming to enjoy the beach area. We were there for an overnight for a flight to US early next morning.

Nice and clean room for an overnight stay. Good location next to the beach, but there's not much dining nearby. You will need to drive about 10 minutes by to the marina where most of the restaurants are.

Conveniently close to the airport. We stayed the night before flying out the following afternoon. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Hotel was secure and very clean! Breakfast was delicious in a peaceful and beautiful ambience. Walked to the beach in the am before heading to the airport. Highly recommend this when traveling to or out of Rome!

The hotel was close to the airport, which was very convenient. It was well-maintained and clean, although a little bit older. The staff was very helpful in many ways and as we were there for only a brief time. I truly appreciated their help, in arranging Transportation and meeting our needs to both arrive late and leave early.

We chose this for our last night in Italy due to its proximity to the airport, breakfast inclusion and reasonable price. Just looking for a place to rest our heads after traveling from Venice (last stop on our Italian tour). Proxiity to the beach was a bonus but it turned out to be a bit of a Redneck Riviera. The staff was excellent, transportation to and from the airport was convenient and reasonably priced, breakfast was great. Checked all the boxes in fine fashion.

I can’t say enough good things. Loved the place and the staff were amazing. So helpful. They gave us dinner suggestions and how to get there. Arranged airport transportation for a very early morning start. Being so close to the beach was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect location near the airport. We stayed there the night before flying back home. We were picked up at the train station by their car service. Our stay was brief but we got to enjoy the wonderful beach which is a 1 minute walk from the hotel; there was a restaurant still open so we had a few glasses of wine and relaxed. We went rack to our room and had dinner at their restaurant. Meal was excellent and staff was friendly and welcoming. We were driving to the airport the next morning by their car service again. Overall an excellent stay! Room was clean and staff were excellent.

The manager, Stefano, helped us in a crunch situation -- he was very cordial. Also, the food was excellent. Next time we will plan to arrive earlier and take advantage of the close proximity beach (about a 5 minute walk from hotel), as we were surprised to find a clean sandy beach there instead of the usual rocky beaches located throughout most of Italy. In short, the hotel is a very good value place to stay especially if you need effective transportation logistics to the FCO airport.

Small boutique hotel run by the owner. Rooms were very clean. breakfast served daily. Owner helped us very much with transportation to Rome and around town with his contacts only a block and a half to the beach. room was air-conditioned. Great value for the money.
