Excellent location for an early flight out of Rome. Stefano was extremely helpful and offered very reasonably priced rides to the airport. The hotel is an extremely short walk to a beautiful beach that was not busy at all. Also, great restaurants right on the beach.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He walked us to our room and the front gate to show us how to use the entry systems and informed us about the area. The hotel is only one block from the beach and parking was readily available. We only had coffee in the morning but it looked like a nice breakfast. My only recommendation is that the AC could have been cooler. Despite the AC it was still pretty warm in the evening.

We loved this hotel. Literally around the corner from the beach! We needed a place to stay for one night before flying out of Rome and this was the perfect solution. Stefano picked us up at the airport for €20/two people. Gave us a great recommendation for a lovely lunch and the morning we flew out, we had their nice breakfast and took a walk on the beach. It was the perfect ending to our vacation. Highly recommend!

Lovely coastal vibe, close to the airport. Large comfortable room and bath, loved the courtyard for breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. They reserved airport transfer, not far from the beach and a few good pizzerias and restaurant. Refreshing stay compared to the overpriced chain airport hotels. 10 min drive to terminals.

This hotel was amazing! I loved how close it was to the beach, and the property was very well maintained. It had everything we needed and felt very safe. I especially appreciated the front gate, which can only be accessed by guests with keys. The staff were incredible—so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

A true gem in Focene!! Helpful staff in a very quiet and pretty small hotel. Restaurant was excellent and access to the beach was simple. Rooms are clean and a/c works very well. Could stay here for a month easily . Make sure you go to Tre Nodi down the block for lunch and dinner.
