Clean room. Very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was included but anything more than the 1 option available costs you extra. The bathroom could do with some improvements and the walls need some paint. The owner is a very nice person and made sure we was always okay!

For check-in, we met with Alex at his restaurant a block away and he led us to the owner of the property, Alfredo. There is a shared fridge and microwave. A kettle is available upon request. Alex reached out to us in advance for arrival details. I would strongly recommend keeping him informed before you get there. Breakfast is served at Alex’s restaurant. We also got 20% discount on lunch and dinner at his restaurant.

The first room we got 1) The air conditioning isn't working, 2) the sheets are full of holes and stained. 3) and we did not get our prepayed breakfast. We complained about the room and were told we could get a refund and leave the room at 11 PM—which struck me as pretty unprofessional, considering it was a Friday night in July After some discussion, we managed to switch to another room! It was nicer, but the air conditioning was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep They offered to compensate us for breakfast by waiving the city tax for the two days—a value of about 25 euros. two people over two days It is hard to find something nice at this price point, especially given the description, which made it sound like a real bargain—including a delicious breakfast for two people over two days I wouldn't recommend anyone use this place

Alex was great and very helpful. They were very keen to help make the stay better for us. They were very charming to work with. They treated us like family in such good ways. Only issue was the shower surging from hot to cool water and back again throughout the shower process.

The room did not look at all like the picture. I did not get breakfast. Check-in was not convenient. I had a long wait ~30-40 minutes. They had to walk me to the property. It might not be that long but after flying overnight and walking all day I was exhausted and all I wanted was to go to my room.

O principal atrativo da propriedade é sua localização a 170 metros da estação Termini, facilitando o acesso ao transporte público em Roma e o deslocamento para o aeroporto de Fiumicino. Outro destaque é a sensação de segurança nas ruas do entorno, sempre bem policiadas. O quarto foi limpo diariamente e as toalhas trocadas a cada dois dias. A cama se apresentou confortável, mas o banho deixou a desejar, pois a ducha não ficava fixa no suporte. Café da manhã servido no restaurante Alfredo, a 50 metros da hospedagem. Avaliação geral razoável, considerando o valor da diária.

Die veröffentlichten Bilder der Unterkunft, mit denen geworben wird, entsprechen leider nicht der Realität. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Zimmer war eine nicht schön. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer sind viel zu klein, eng und sehr heruntergekommen. Das Bett ist sehr ungemütlich. Das Bad ist eine Zumutung: Es gibt Schimmel, das warme Wasser braucht sehr lange, bis es kommt, und die Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht richtig. Auch der Zimmerservice könnte deutlich besser sein. Wir mussten mehrfach selbst darauf hinweisen, dass Dinge erledigt werden sollten, anstatt dass dies von selbst gemacht wurde. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück besteht lediglich aus einem Kaffee, einem Croissant und einem Saft. Für alles Weitere muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden, was wir auch tun mussten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die Lage des Hotels. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Roma-Termini-Station entfernt.

A localização é conveniente, o local estava limpo. O fato de se fazer o check in e café núm restaurante próximo ao hotel não é o desejável. O café só começa as 08:00 am e se limita a um café, um croissant e um copo de suco. Para o café da manhã completo, se deve pagar um valor adicional. De qualquer forma, pela localização e preço é uma opção viável.

O local fica próximo a estação Términi de Roma, com acesso fácil inclusive a pé para aqueles que gostam de explorar. Todos os dias tem uma pessoa para limpar o quarto, o Sr Alfredo é muito gentil, atencioso.
