Great location and very clean comfortable room. Breakfast was nice and had three coffee machines which made a lovely cup of coffee. The hotel restaurant was very good and there are lots of eating options nearby. Handy to walk to the historic centre or Vatican.

Excellent stay. Cannot fault this hotel in any way from our experience. Room was as in pictures, cleaned to a high standard daily. Nice Bar area, coffee was lovely. All the staff we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. Luggage store was ideal on arrival and check out days to maximise time. Additionally we left an item in the room when checking out, having realised a few hours later we contacted the hotel and the item was at reception when we returned to collect our luggage. 15 min walk to the Vatican area and around 25 min to Pantheon. Would happily recommend and will return.

1. AC in the hotel rooms were poor. We were in NYX hotel in hot summer (aug / mercury hitting 100 deg f). ACs in the room were so bad that we were sweating through the night and could not sleep. 2. Originally we were provide a upgraded room which was slightly larger ( called junior suite) - but it was worse given that AC Power was lower and could not cool the room until you sit / stand next to AC. Hotel staff was kind enough to shift me back to original smaller room which had marginally better cooling. 3. We also did not get any rooms with views. Its location is good right next to supreme court and nearby hotels but i was not sure if metro was accesisble. I took taxis everywhere.

Amazing stay, very cozy and comfy room! If you are more than one girl with luggage i suggest separate rooms like myself and my friend did (we asked to be close). Staff is great and sweet! There is always a police car outside the hotel for safety the neighborhood is beyond amazing-seems like where businesses are and closer to Vatican City. Easy walk into the main area of Rome if you looking to walk to the main attraction's. The rooms were beyond clean, there is a strong blow dryer (for those girls who need one), a safe, daily housekeeping. The AC is amazing hehe because it was nearly 100 degrees F. The only downfall I would say is to iron your clothes there only one on the 4th floor to share in a room… so make sure you ask for access to that if needed. Other than that honestly I would stay there again because I felt safe the whole time.

Todo excelente con la excepción de la presión de las duchas, la cual era muy baja. El aire acondicionado de los cuartos tampoco funcionaba del todo bien, pueden mejorar. La atención del personal fue impecable y la localización del hotel es de lo mejor.

Die Zimmer sind exakt wie beschrieben, könnten etwas größer sein, an sonsten aber angenehm. Leider fanden Sanierungsarbeiten statt, kein Pool und kein Parkplatz. Dafür allerdings bot das Hotel eine Entschädigung an. Ebenfalls netter Service, alle Leute sind engagiert und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen.
