We enjoyed our stay which is outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center. Lots of options to eat within walking distance. Close to metro with easy access to all attractions. The staff here are excellent and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. They make a lot of the pastries and yogurt in house! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is excellent—just 200 meters from the metro station and 40 meters from a bus stop, making it very easy to get around. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. A little far from sites. Neighborhood not the greatest but we felt safe. Graffiti everywhere and the city needs a cleaning crew.

We stayed in the family room for 3 nights. The room was modern and clean with a great shower. We had the room configured as a double and two singles. The room was a bit small but ok for a 8 and 5 year old for a short stay. You might find yourself short of space with older children. Breakfast was ok, the pastries juice and coffee were great but the did run out towards the end of breakfast. The location was brilliant, close to both the rail line and the metro A line, with some lovely family restaurants within walking distance.

Friendly Staffs but very dated facility. It is best to describe this hotel as a Bed and Breakfast. The hotel is fairly small and there is only 2 stories with no elevator. The included breakfast is really nice. They will make your coffee the way you wanted and there are plenty of pastries and breakfast items to choose from. The rooms and hallway, however are a different story. The room I stayed in can really use a facelift. The walls are uneven with visible water damage. The bathroom's towel warmer has visible rust. The shower tiles are uneven and poor workmanship. There is this bidet next to the toilet that is taking up a lot of space and it is kind of unpleasant to look at (for someone unfamiliar with it). The room floor is really old vinyl floor. There is a lack of electrical outlets. Only 1 outlet is next to the night stand and it is loose. However, the bed is clean and reasonably comfortable. Even without doing major renovation. I think the hotel could at least improve some small area. Like replacing the rusty towel rack. Provide USB port that has modern fast charging since there is no universal electrical outlet offered. (If you are staying there, be sure to bring a travel adapter) The area is fine. The hotel is within walking distance to Metro. There are 2 grocery stores close by. One of them is even 24 hours operated. Not a lot of good restaurants in the area but good enough for a quick bite.

The staff is what made this hotel great. Also the shower head..lol. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes away from the Colosseum, Spanish steps and shopping but the subway is not far from hotel so getting around was great. The hotel is it self is neat and basic.

Great location - close to the Metro and markets where the locals shop. The staff was extremely helpful - Chiara, Maria, Bruno, Danilo and others whose names I didn't get. Bruno suggested a great Italian restaurant, Osteria del Cavalierie which quickly became our favorite! I highly recommend this place.

Simple yet good experience here. Location has some walkable amenities but we did have to take a metro to the center of the city. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious despite being only 5$, this gets you some good protein options, pastries produce juice and coffee . Staff is super kind and accommodating.

We liked the hotel location was very close to train and metro station. It is away from the tourists areas as well but the area did not seem very safe and it seemed quite run down. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The water pressure and the hot water was not that good.
