This hotel is a great choice if you are flying out the following day. They offer a shuttle service to/from the airport for 7 Euros per person which is very convenient. There are many really great restuarants within walking distance that offer authentic Italian food and lively atmosphere.

This place was a pleasant surprise! Fiumicino seemed a little like a fishing town at first but it really comes alive at night. Lots of great meal choices in the area as well. The view from the room was amazing and the rooftop bar was a nice place for a drink or two.

If you are looking for a hotel just for overnight to go to airport, this is a good option. On left side of the hotel there are good restaurants to eat a good fresh fish. However, keep your expectations low, you will not feel you are in Rome.
