The hotel was basic but clean. Staff were all helpful and friendly Close to train station so very easy to locate coming from airport and also easy to get to the tourist areas We were there in April so the temperature was mild but not hot Fridge in room was useful when you are trying to budget and have food from supermarket

We stayed at this property 4 nights. 2 of those days we had no hot water for showering. Bed frame fabric was ripped and extra blanket had large stains on it. Location was good and the staff was all very polite and helpful.

If you want to get a hotel to close to Roma Termini then the location of the hotel is great. Hotel failed to notify that they are renovating and there is no kitchen. Room is tiny. It will be okay just for sleep. Beds are also not comfortable. Not worth the money.
