The hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable and everyone was very welcoming and helpful with information. The hotel is in a great location — you sometimes need to walk about 15 minutes or a little more to reach the main tourist attractions, and the street is quite lively. My favorite hotel in Rome! Everyone makes you feel completely comfortable and is incredibly helpful with a smile. Beds are like sleeping on clouds. Even the smaller category rooms are nicely sized. The building is beautiful, a small palazzo with unique decor that is incredibly classy. Can’t say enough about how helpful and kind the staff are in every way.
