The Santa Maura was a very nice hotel. The room and en-suite wasn’t massive but sufficient, it was well maintained for cleanliness. It was 3 minutes from the Metro making it very convenient

Nice and Cozy hotel. Has everything you need. Transportation perfect, not difficult to get a taxi and bus stop is right in front of the hotel and train as well. Staff is very nice and 24 hour front desk service. Nearby food places very good and affordable as well. Definitely recommend.

The staff were excellent, the service was top-notch and overall we are extremely satisfied with our stay here. The hotel is also very close to a metro station, which makes it easy to reach the center of Rome. The breakfast was also really nice, including the proper Italian cappuccino.

I gave 4 stars, because they don’t have a restaurant otherwise everything was okay. The metro is near to the hotel, you can reach the city really fast and easy. The staff is very very friendly.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was simple Italian cornettis and tortas. The 2 young ladies were attentive and make great cappucinos. Very easy to catch the metro and bus service with plenty of little shops and stores for things needed.

We had such a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and went well beyond expectations to help the guests and make them feel welcomed. My husband Clayton and I have only good things to say about this warm hotel. Comfortable rooms (ours had a balcony) with AC and great breakfast options. My husband loved the coffee and I enjoyed the pastries. Alessandro Salvati is a wonderful man and became my husband's friend. The other men at front desk were also amazing and extremely kind! Thanks!

Op zich een redelijk hotel. Waarbij ik me afvraag waar ze de 4 sterren vandaan hebben die bij de toegang staan. Op het pand zelf staan overigens 3. Ontvangst was top. Ontzettend aardige meneer. We kregen een kamer in de dependence. Leuk begane grond, buiten het hotel met de auto bijna voor de deur. Leuk! De kamer had ac erg fijn maar was slecht afgewerkt. Overal misten beschermkpjes bij lichtknoppen en stopcontacten. De badkamer was ontzettend klein en erg onhandig ingedeeld. De wc pot zat ongeveer onder de wastafel. Het meest vervelend was hoe gehorig de kamertjes waren. Je hoorde echt alles van de buren (en zij van ons, ongetwijfeld). De afvoer van alle douches leek bij ons in de hoek van de kamer bijelkaar te komen. Telkens als iemand douchte leek het alsof we bij een waterval lagen. Voordeel van de locatie was: dichtbij de metro. Nadeel ben de metro was dat het een, zoals de receptionist zei, onbelangrijke lijn was. Je moet overstappen om in het centrum te komen en de metro was telkens werkelijk over over vol!
