Great room spacious clean had a cute little balcony close to the beach only two blocks away. It was wonderful. We only stayed there for one night before heading back to Toronto, but it was the perfect last night. We got to see the sunset over the water great stay all around.

Hotel has parking, It is very clean. Bathroom a bit tinny but clean, pillows weren’t comfortable but not terrible neither. It is some block from the sea, with restaurants near by. No shampoo, only soap and body gel. Close to the airport

Great location with just a few minutes walk to the beach. There were lots of restaurants however a lot of them weren’t open or had strange hours of operation. The hotel was lovely and well kept but we found the bed to be uncomfortably firm. The breakfast consisted of cold cuts and cheese, pastries, yogurt and coffee which was ok. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The property was in an excellent location (a block from the board walk) and the staff was very helpful with checking in as well as recommendations for meals. The major downfall with our stay was the bed, we were in room 407 and the bed was beyond uncomfortable, if there would have been enough blankets I would have slept on the floor. We did mention this to the staff the morning after. A fabulous Hotel if they get rid of the worn out beds and upgrade them.

Upon arrival at the airport the hotel shuttle service was disorganized; this is separate from the hotel itself but we wanted to share this information with travelers. It cost an additional 55 euros each way to use the shuttle service and it is shared with other hotels. The hotel advertises it as no hassle shuttle service. We had the large room with a private outside deck (room 501). The outside deck space was a nice space. The beds were not comfortable and the hotel room air conditioner was broken (which the hotel knew about) so our room was very uncomfortably warm. Needless to say we were not well rested for our flight home. Unfortunately, we would not recommend to our family and friends.

We had two rooms and spent three nights here. I loved the location, the staff, the cleanliness and especially the secure parking. The breakfast was also great. The room sizes were inconsistent. One of our rooms was spacious with a large walkin shower. The other room was small and had a shower so small that it was difficult to get in. The bathroom door could not fully open unless you moved the nightstand. There were also a lot of stairs to climb unless you had a ground floor room. I would not hesitate to stay here if I was in the area again.

The room was clean and spacious. Silvia,Kirllos, Matteo but most of all Massimo were very helpful, and accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay 3 more days in the hotel. Massimo was very kind enough to direct us to a place where we could have a sumptuous dinner and schedule a shuttle for our Ostia Antica sightseeing. Aliona, the breakfast lady was very helpful too. I highly recommend 100% this place.
