This hotel's location is excellent. The room is small but comfortable. It has a comfortable bed and a good shower. The only complaint that I have at the moment of check-in, the staff said that our reservation was in another hotel close to Trevi Fountain; my husband did Rinascimiento property.

The rating would have been higher if some of the desk staff (specifically Alessandra) had been more professional and competent. They had major computer systems issues. But the room was clean and the hotel is superbly located in the heart of Rome. A "shout-out" to Giovanni and Julia for exceptional service. Good value but I'm not sure I would recommend it. The breakfast should have been included in the daily rate. But then again, every tourist wears an "ATM" sign on their forehead in Rome :)

We were put into an annex room that was right off the street (door was directly on the street). It was not in the hotel block as advertised. The hot water stopped working halfway through our stay. The area is very walkable, however if you are staying I would recommend calling in advance to make sure your room is not ground level right off the street for safety.
