The room was prefect for 2 of us. We had limited hot water, but it didn’t greatly affect us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had many selections. Close enough to train station that we could walk with luggage, but yet not too close to where we felt unsafe. It was a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Great location for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very spacious with a very large bed. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good selection of meat, cheese and various cereals and pastries!! Of course the usual juices, teas and coffee. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor bar/patio. Location wise the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Trevi fountain. There are also a few good bars and restaurants nearby. Whilst it is outside the busiest areas this makes it a quieter location despite the usual police and ambulance sirens, but then that’s just Rome !

It is a historical hotel with a 19th c. elevator, a garden and direct access to the opera house in a central location. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. It has, however, become increasingly dingy looking, from dull dirty wood floors, curtains that need cleaning, rugs that are filthy, etc. The rooms range from rear of hotel closet size (a bed and armless side chair in a corner) up to a suite- depends on what you pay. The breakfast is a large buffet with something for everyone. The staff is generally helpful.

Wonderful hotel in a great location in Rome. Close to Roma Termini rail station and the Metro. Quiet and lovely common areas. Nice restaurant with breakfast buffet included. Nice Live Music at night. Advertised with air conditioning but because we were there in late October staff said it was "not season" and thus no AC. They did bring a fan to our room and it was comfortable. Rooms are advertised with bathtub/shower combination but our Deluxe Room only had a shower. Would have loved a bath after long walking days in Rome. Would stay here again but request a different room upfront.
