Great location and welcoming stay

The location was excellent, walking distance to the Vatican and the metro station. Staff was always friendly, the breakfast was ample and varied and the room was perfect for our family of three.

The area was very loud at night. But I guess being in the city will do that. The pillows were horrible. Flat uncomfortable and useless. The breakfast was so so nothing to write home about. But it was enough to get us started for the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The general area of the hotel was clean. But they definitely need to upgrade to nicer pillows. Either my husband, or I could sleep well because the uncomfortability of the bed in the pillows.

This was the perfect location for us to visit the Vatican, ancient Roman sites, and to base several day trips from. The staff were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. I would stay here again.
