The staff was not very helpful and definitely not polite. The room was nice and clean but the staff operated the temperature in the room and it stayed hot the entire time. We waited for 45 minutes to be seated and order at the rooftop restaurant and were told We are just busy, there were 4 other tables.

We always stay at Hotel Nord Nuova when in Rome. It is an easy walk from the train station, and is convenient to transportation options. The breakfast is nice, the restaurant was fantastic, and the roof bar was a relaxing way to end the day.

The hotel is a lovely 3 star hotel - the room we had was rather basic BUT it was certainly adequate to our needs, the beds were comfortable and bedsheets clean. We spent most of our time outside of the hotel, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast was also very yummy and no matter what time we went for breakfast, there was never anything missing.
