The staff at Hotel Nizza went over the top to help! They were amazingly kind and helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful, especially the pastries, and the location was walking-distance to most sights. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here!

Hotel Nizza is an older building, excellent staff, comfortable and only two blocks from Termini Roma and the Metro. Easy walk to and from even with luggage. Typical Italian elevator, only holds two people at a time, but it worked. We had some maintenance issues with the first room but were switched to a new room when it could not be repaired in a timely fashion. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning. WiFi worked well. Bed was very comfortable, especially after walking all over Rome! Restaurants close by are excellent. Great base if exploring Rome on your own.

The staff during breakfast was kind of angry if someone made something wrong (according to her). Extremely limited access to parking if you arrive by car. 2 people in room but only 1 bath and hand towel. Asked for a second bath towel and took almost an hour to get it. Had to ask twice. Understaffed! Poor Dim lighting, very hot. Thankful our last night. Would not recommend. Booked in haste. Morning Female staff helpful. She had to deal with a beggar at the front entrance bothering us while waiting for our cab to the airport. She said if he comes back to let her know!!! The restaurants in the area were good.
