The location of this hotel is absolutely phenomenal!! You are walking distance from just about all the big attractions and SO many amazing restaurants!!! The room was small but very clean and exactly what we needed since we were more so focused on having the perfect location and we succeeded! The staff is super friendly and will call cabs for you upon request. They also held our luggage after checking out. I would absolutely stay here again!!

I loved the location. Front desk staff was always very attentive. The restaurant attached to the hotel has an amazing Hugo Spritz, and the kindest staff. I will be back in the future. If you are a solo traveler, the smallest room is perfect. Any more than one person and you would feel cramped. My second night they upgraded me for free and the room was very comfortable.

I stayed here with my family (2 adults, 2 kids) and we enjoyed this lovely property. We did not eat at the on site restaurants. Our room was very tidy and the staff was very helpful in orienting us to the city and assisting with transportation needs. Our windows closed securely but the very old door did not have a weather tight seal. Despite that, the room AC worked fine and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. We especially loved the location, being able to walk to so many wonderful sites and restaurants, but we did not have a problem with noise or safety. I would certainly stay here again!
