I stayed here for a few days and enjoyed it very much. The location is great, within walking distance of the train station, restaurants, stores, etc. The apartment is very clean and very well maintained, with all the features to make our stay wonderful. The bathroom was spacious, which was unexpected and is not common for the area. We had all the comforts of home and more. Mr. Antonio was great. He met us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He made himself available and answered questions, made suggestions and even gave us a welcome gift. He was very kind and gracious. I recommend staying here, you will not regret it!

My mistake was not checking that private bathroom was not available in our room. Shared bathroom for a whole floor. Room conditions were below average. Taking in account that this is a basic hotel the experience is okay. Nice and friendly staff and the reception is open 24 hours. The room was spacious and the beds good. The linen and towels was clean and if good quality. Most surfaces was clean and fresh but under the beds not so much. Only 10 minutes walk from train station so easy access. A few nice restaurants close by.

God value for money!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Mosaic Hotel in Rome! Considering the price we were quite surprised in a very good way actually. We had read reviews about lack of cleaning, no hot water and mold, so we were pretty pleased to meet kind receptionists, see our room which was spacey with several furniture, a small entrance and a cute bathroom. The cleaning staff even changed towels and made the bed every day - which we wouldn’t necessarily expect from a hotel in this class. When we go back to Rome we’ll definitely consider coming back here! If we were to mention something that would’ve been good it would be a working air con 😂 We spent Easter in Rome and we’d dread the room temperature if it had been in summer time.. We had to keep the windows open which was very annoying during night because of noise from the street (we lived at first floor facing the street).

Stay Clear of this hotel

This must be the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. The room was cleaned daily and the location was good. The air conditioning in the room was diabolical which meant 3 nights of poor sleep due to how hot the room was. Secondly, the shower was absolutely tiny and there was no hot water whatsoever. There was a communal shower next to the room and that was larger however had no hot water either and when it did it lasted 10 seconds then switched off. The staff at the receiption desk werent particularly welcoming and couldnt even get us a spare pillow. More of a hostel than hotel. My advice is dont waste your money.
