The people working the reception area are exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit older and the shower is smaller, but everything functioned properly and we slept well and felt very safe. The elevator wasn't running in the morning, which made it slightly difficult as we had 5 people, 4 elderly with suitcases going down 5 flights of stairs, but we got down ok.

The property could not be more conveniently located, with very easy access - a five-minute walk - to Termini Station and a short walk to the majority of the historic sites/sights. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast comes with room service. We had to catch an early train, so the desk had the coffee, croissant, and juice brought up to the room 15 minutes early. Luggage storage is also provided.
