Older hotel, My room was small but had all I needed, the staff was very helpful and spoke English well, The hotel was one floor of a several floor building, had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the elevator. It was centrally located so everything was a short distance away by taxi.

We arrived way before check in time began but our room was ready and the concierge Revi let us in early which allows us to have entire morning to rest before exploring the area. Lilium is a place I will definitely look for vacancy on my next stay in Roma. The place is decently located. You can walk everywhere, of course some places will be further, but the Colosseo is next door, Villa Borguese, Roma Termini is not even a mile, Mercado Centrale (excellent) .5 mi, 15-18 min Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. The staff, Oh My, amazing, Pietro, Simona, and Chiara. Simply amazing people and ready to help at any moment. Pietro makes himself available for emergency thru WhatsApp at any time. The breakfast served is highly recommended for the cost benefit and quality. Chiara makes the best coffees, espressos. Cappuccino and the list goes on. Certainly a good place to stay.

I would book a balcony view, everything was a 25-30 min walk. It was a beautiful hotel, I highly recommend you arrange tranfer taxi to and from the airport, the fees are extremely higher if you dont.
